After going to other dealerships in the DFW area, I finally found Dodge City McKinney. Thank god I did. This place is hands down the best choice of any Jeep dealer in the 100+ mile radius. I would never go anywhere else. Davis Pham, Joey Hamrick in service, Tevin Morales in sales, and John Wilson the mechanic treat you like a friend first and foremost. I always try to shop local and put my money into Vernon as much as possible. I was very pleased that Vernon Auto Group was able to work with my schedule and get my car in after having to wait so long (2 months) for either parts to come in or for them to have time to check what was going on. However, I was not please by the fact that I got my car back with a deep scratch on the interior passenger handle of my car and also what seemed to be oil or something black that was smeared all over my passenger seat top to bottom that I had to scrub by hand being 7 months pregnant and not being able to completely remove them. My car interior is creme colored and stains/marking show up very easily on my cloth seats. So I’m not very happy that I got my car back in the condition that I did.

The vehicle was under a service agreement but I was concerned that due to the age of the vehicle that it might not be covered. So refreshing to find a competent and caring dealership. I was traveling (towing a 27' travel trailer) from Northern California when my "Service 4WD system' came on. I went to an RV park unhooked and called the dealership (Lithia Corpus). I talked to Monica in the service department and she was able to get me in the very next day at 8 am. I explained the issue and she got me right in the service bay. During the inspection they also found a seal on the left rear was bad. I also asked about having a recall item serviced also and Monica said that was no problem ( I have been waiting 7 months to have the recall item repaired by my local dealership back in Eureka, California. That place has some serious issues). Anyway, THIS DEALERSHIP was able to fix all 3 issues at no cost (warranty and recall items) in record time. Monica was extremely helpful and friendly .... they have a very valuable employee. On an unrelated note, this is part of the reason I am leaving California and moving to Texas immediately (my trip here is to purchase a home). California is a broken state both financially and politically! Texans are so much more friendly ..... reminds me of the years I spent in Georgia and Alabama. There is just something about Southern folk!
