They were extremely nice and very helpful and made the experience so much easier. We could even pick up and drop off our Enterprise rental there at their location. Joel kept me updated every step of the way and kept me well informed with the process of my car. He went above and beyond and even helped me install my son's car seat. Thank you so much! I'm very dissatisfied with my previous engagement with this Honda Dealer. I paid $155 for a diagnostic that I am confident was insufficient and needed to be completed more. The service manager was unwilling to work with me to identify what was happening with the car. Instead, he hides behind a weak rationale for their insufficient diagnosis. Stay away from this location; drive north!! I am very sad by this experience as it seems they know I do not have the resources to explore this issue, so they continue to hide behind that that I can "Prove it" because they know I don't have the money to prove it. Trust me, Drive north.
