The service department is of late overwhelmed. Was there for 30 minutes for service and no one came to ask if we needed any help. Most attendants were just walking up and down and ignoring three cars lined up customers waiting in their cars. Been there several times before and never got this kind of lax treatment.
Maybe ownership needs to hire more attendants to lighten the load if this is the problem.

Starting from the porters greeting me with a big smile until the time Trevor Self was walking me out to my car after service was completed, EVERY employee I encountered had a beaming smile and was asking if there was anything they could do to make my visit more enjoyable. Not going to lie the complimentary coffee bar with exceptionally trained baristas was very awesome, especially since I went in after I got out of work. It was also nice to have the option to pick from a few games to play. I watched a couple pay a game of ping pong , and when their vehicle was ready their advisor joked saying that the loser pays the total. Myself and everyone around that heard got a good laugh out of that. Overall my experience was way better than expected and honestly can’t wait to have to get service preformed at First Texas Honda again.

Really upset with their service , I’ve never had a good experience taking my car to the service department. First time buying from a dealership because I was excited to have a warranty on my car as they promised , I bought a used 2019 Honda Civic back in September and since February the car battery kept dying, I took it to a Honda dealership and they said the battery was bad and Honda had installed a cheap brand battery instead of a Honda battery before selling me the car so it wasn’t covered by warranty. So even though they promised me warranty , they sold me a car with a different battery that I had to pay for. also one of my Honda sensors went bad and they aren’t fixing it for me either under warranty. I feel they just said anything to sell me the car and when it came to service they don’t want to have anything to do with it .

I had a great experience with my sales associate Chris. I had gone in to see about refinancing my 2020 Civic. After talking it over, we ended up trading in to a 2021 accord for about the same monthly payment! Not only that, they gave me a great deal for my trade which ended up helping me weigh positive equity. I hadn’t even considered trading in until then which worked out as the Accord is bigger. I love it and strongly recommend this dealer for anyone needing a new car or even trading in.
