I have had a run of bad luck with my 2015 Silverado. My transmission went out a few months ago. I brought in the truck and Nick in service helped me. Because of the state of the transmission, as well as a few other things that needed to be done, I had to shell out about $11K for everything. As anyone would react, this was a tough thing to deal with but this was still more economical than buying a new truck. The front end of the new trucks are ugly anyway. Recently, I had more repairs that were linked to leaky coolant as well as a needed oil change. Nick helped me again and he did everything he could to help me keep the cost down due my previous repairs. This was very helpful.

Tried to call dealership and literally impossible to get someone on the line. Came back in for service and they didn't even want to give me a loaner until manager was involved. Very poor experience.
