During my time waiting for the car to be serviced he kept me updated throughout the entire time and I was highly pleased with his service. I highly recommend this dealership for service and I highly recommend Matthew as a service advisor!

Dropped off my vehicle at this location for basic oil change. Came home and oil spilled all over my driveway as the tech didn't screw on gasket. Tried to call dealership and literally impossible to get someone on the line. Came back in for service and they didn't even want to give me a loaner until manager was involved. Very poor experience. I don't like to list names of employees.
