I had poor experience with the service department no one had touch my car but this dealership. I also bought my car at this dealership got a flat on the front driver side when I changed the tire I found one of the lugs had been stripped out. It had to have happen at this dealership and they refused to fix it said it was normal wear and I would have to pay for it the car only had 20,000 miles on it and like I said no one had touch or rotated the tires but this dealer. So it had to happen there. I also took the car in to get the rear window washer fixed couldn’t find the problem said I would have to bring it back and leave the car I was so upset about them not standing behind there poor work with the lug. That I took the car to a different dealer they said it would cost 250.00 to replace the bad lug and they had the window washer fixed in about 2 minutes it was a plugged. I will never take anything to this dealer again very unhappy with them they will not stand behind there work and it will cost you.

I thought they would be better to potential customers since they were far from Salt Lake but they sold a car I was interested in right underneath me and never gave me the opportunity to respond. Their response was "first come first serve." that's a xxxx of a way to run a business based on customer satisfaction. Believe me you can find much better in the valley who will take care of you and make you feel like you are someone they care about.

Deceptive practices of switch and bate!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!! My original build for my 2021 Escalade from back in July included an additional $2000 option for Night vision in which my delivered Escalade did not come equipped with even though I had been told several times that the reason my build had taken so long was due to being held up for the Night Vision option. Not once had anyone mentioned to me that the vehicle, I signed for did not come equipped with the features I had originally intended to have. I may have caught the missing option had someone from the dealership actually taken the time to do a proper delivery of the vehicle by walking through the vehicle and going over the features along with helping set up everything, in which none of the proper delivery process took place. When I first arrived to sign for the vehicle, I had noticed horrible swirl marks in the brand-new paint. After complaining to the dealership, someone apply some hand wax which still left blemishes to be noticed. I still have marks on the fabric, the steering wheel and other areas that are not acceptable. I paid over $100k to have a service of buying a used $5000 vehicle from a used car lot, NOT the Cadillac experience I had envisioned. I would like someone from Corporate to reach out and make this right, this kind of business is not good business and should not be allowed. I have tried reaching out to the GM Phil, not once will he take my call or return my call.. I guess they pulled a fast one on me and have my money so they are gone out of the picture.. I would like the original intended vehicle as I had anticipated, blemish free.
