We were very unimpressed! After stating that GMC Yukon XL have had issues with the tail lights and that they had to drop their prices on lights, they wanted to charge us an outrageous amount to replace the lights. Josh stated that the problem was lights and the harness. We replaced on our own and it still didn’t work. Josh was condescending and treated me as if I couldn’t understand the problem. Then when my husband arrived with my car, he acted like it was problem to have discussed the issues with me. I will stick with other dealerships.

Buyer beware! They are charging $$ thousands over MSRP trying to take advantage of the current market place. GM doesn’t charge them thousands more for vehicles, but this dealership will. They could care less about the customer and are more focused on profit.
Shout out to Jon Spence who is a lousy salesman who thinks this practice is ok and that they need to charge this markup to stay in business. What a joke!

Was looking for a Denali HD diesel and made mistake of putting my name out there for anyone(dealers) that might have one. Drew Williams contacted me and quickly told me they had 8 available one day ago and we’re down to only 4 and needed to act quick(surprise) So he asked me for a $1,000.00 non refundable deposit to hold truck. I get that done and asked what price would be paying cash. His reply was cash isn’t king anymore I needed to pay $8,000.00 more because I wasn’t financing it(says every dealer was doing that) LIE! Every dealer isn’t doing that. Always started conversation letting me know my call was being recorded for dealer purposes and ended with no pressure. But when I asked how a sticker price of 81,000+ could balloon to $95,000+ and then he calls me on personal phone(so as not to be recorded) Needless to say I lost out on $1,000.00 deposit but saved over $10,000.00 on same truck from an honest dealer. DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE GUYS!,,,Should have read reviews before dealing with these people. Also called to talk to manager and person who answered said he was assistant manager and when I started questioning their tactics he hung up on me(very classy)

Found the truck I wanted online on a Saturday night and by Monday Morning at 8:30 am we had a deal. Bradshaw Chevrolet was fantastic to work with and both Eric and Jeremy were fantastic! The long drive to pick up our dream truck was completely with it. I would definitely buy another car from Bradshaw Chevrolet again!!!
