Rory made ordering our F350 a great experience - there were so many choices and features but he helped us get exactly what we needed. Every time we had questions or concerns about our order (first time custom ordering a vehicle) he was quick to respond and put our mind at ease. I felt like Rory worked extra hard and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Felt like we were dealing with a friend and not a sales person. We are very happy with our purchase and experience and would highly recommend others to go talk to Roy and Wilson Motor Company if they need a vehicle.

I made an appointment at Larry Miller Ford In Provo, because the check engine light was on, on my Van. (( Id told them not to fix it, until they talk to me )).
When they found the problem, I was told it needed a $30.00 fuel line filter, but it would be over $400.00 Labor to replace it.
I told the employee at the service department, I would just take it somewhere else. He then told me they had already taken the part off, but he said, it broke when they took it off. He said he would have them put the old one back on, but he said it might not run very well. I finally told them to fix it the Van. When I got the bill, I was charged for a (( oil change )) I didn’t ask for. Plus the bill had a lot of unexpected charges. To top it off, about a WEEKLATER, I get a call from Larry Miller Ford, saying I still owed them $70.00 more, because they forgot to add the sales tax on my bill. My receipt shows I paid it sales tax. I felt I was tread rude by the shop employee and the service manager.
Bottom line I think they took advantage of me, I wouldn’t take my van to them Again.

The worst experience ever. If you looking for A car never go to this place . Or you will end up like me and so many costumers get cheated on. I bought Certified Pre Owned car Ford Fusions and the car have been nightmare since I got it . Tried to trade my car for new one from different dealer they run Auto check and the Car had structural damage. Talked to the Dealer they said CARFAX didn’t say that . I called Auto check and they contacted the Auction they confirmed the car have been damage and the frame was fixed and the dealership had bought the car with damage on it . They sold me car Certified Per Owned with Structural Damge. STAY AWAY .

Im typically a Ford guy but my last two experiences with ford have been horrible. I'll focus my attention on ken garff however after these past two experiences ive switched to dodge. I walked into the dealership and showed a salesman the 10k off the price tag other competitors are offering and asked of they'd match that. I said if i can buy a brand new challenger with 400hp you must have something close to that price tag with comparable hp. They're new mustang were all over 45k. So i offered him 35k and the salesman smirked and said there's no way they agree to that. I said i dont see 45k worth of car here. He said go shop online then and laughed. I went next door to Steven Wade and they blew my doors off with what they gave me. I got a new challenger with the best warranty in the country for 35k!!!!! When i walked through the doors of Steven Wade they told me they'll beat anybody's price and they sure did. Much better service and now im a dodge guy. I'll never buy from ford again!!!! They'd half to give me the deal of a lifetime to win me back after their display of horrible serivce and insane prices. Ty steven wade
