I would recommend this dealership to my friends. The service staff, mechanics and everyone I have interacted with are all very professional and knowledgeable. A BIG thank you to all of them from myself. My issue with my 4Runner yesterday was taken care of immediately and I left felling that they had solved the issue at hand. Thank You!

I took my 2020 Tundra in after having rough idle and - iowaboyexel

I took my 2020 Tundra in after having rough idle and multiple warning. The diagnosised the problem as a faulty throttle body and I agreed to the repair at a cost of $900. On the way home the problem came back and it was the same. Took the truck back and was told 2 days later that the mass airflow was bad and that was another $300. Once again issue persisted. Next visit was $3500 to replace wiring harness. Came to pick the truck up and found that while it was in their posession, the truck had been burglarized and around $500 of tools and other materials had been taken. When I called to complain, I never got a call back. There were no broken windows or any sign of some breaking in so it appears that sometime when the truck was at their shop waiting for parts, they had left it in the lot unlocked or one of the employees was the thief. I sent a detailed email to the service manager and the response I got was sorry but you can't prove it happened here. This place is horrible. If I needed my bicycle chain oiled I wouldn't let these clowns touch it.

I just bought a used Lexus NX. I had a great experience at Karl Malone Dealership working with Orville Morris and Vel. I saw the car on line and set up an appointment with Orville to look at the vehicle. When I got to the dealership the car was up front waiting for me to look at and drive. Orville was extremely professional while at the same time being very friendly. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. Vel was the person who help with the paperwork. He did a fantastic job of explaining all of the information regarding the loan. I would definitely buy a car from Karl Malone Toyota again.

Tried twice to buy cart this dealership and both times were terrible! I average about one new car every two years and really have always loved Toyotas. I would never recommend this place and would tell my friends to steer clear. They also had me do a $2,000 deposit which they said was transferable if I didn't use it when I walked away they said well there's no other place to transfer it in the state. They unapologetically kept my money and we're not straightforward with many things. They will try every trick in the book to make you for every dollar. Run as fast as you can away from this place.
