Always an expensive disappointment - AK
Terrible communication, parts department inadequate (who can't look up an order under my last name?), service department ignorant and not looking out for customers. My latest (in the string of 5 years of frustration and anger with them) was scheduling a recall appointment two weeks ago. I took it upon myself to call to confirm the appointment only to be told they don't have the part. 1) they weren't going to call me to tell me so 2) they don't know when they'll get one in and they won't call me to tell me. So I get the displeasure of calling them myself to be put on hold by the parts department (last time was 28 min of hold across 3 calls) to find out when the part is in. And I have no idea how to guarantee that they'll hold a part for me until the appointment. Incredibly frustrating. Always expensive. I always walk away (or hang up) angry and feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Makes me rethink my love of Audi vehicles.

Amazing experience with Audi - kchung35
We had the pleasure of working with Saleem this past weekend. He really took the time to understand our concerns and made sure we were taken care of. Saleem did a great job working with us in getting the numbers that we were looking to lock in. He never once said no, instead always responded with "I will try my best" and actually worked with the managers in getting the deal we were aiming for. Even after the deal, he reached out to us to make sure we were enjoying our new car and offered to help with any issues we were having with the car. Definitely walked out feeling accomplished and satisfied with the deal :)
Do NOT buy a car from this dealer! - Audia7owner
Do NOT buy a car from this dealership! I purchased an Audi A7 from this dealership. A week later I had to put a brand new fuel pump into the car which cost me $1,200 then TWO weeks later the engine blew! I called Mike Tsamouras (the general manager) left him serveral messages. No response, of course! So finally I went to the dealership to speak face to face about the engine problem. The receptionist kept telling me that he was in meetings I got tired of waiting so I left then Finally someone named Carlo called me back. Said he was the used car sales manager. Said it was unfortunate that we Audi A7 we sold you had a major engine issue when we sold it to you but if you want we will sell you a used engine for only $12,000 you can’t finance it, it will have to be cash or on a major credit card. I almost lost it after I heard that! Are you serious? This is Audi of Tyson’s corner not a local small time used car lot. Motor blows literally 32 days after I purchase the vehicle and this dealership can’t even cover it. I offered to pay for the motor and or maybe just the labor but still no response. I’ve been trying to weeks to work out something reasonable. I understand these places want to make money but I had more expectations from an authorized Audi dealership. The service advisor broke it down for me. He said the used engine would be $6,300 and labor would be 6,100 so they would be willing to just charge me $12,000 flat! I believe they know exactly what they knew the motor was about to blow and wanted to get rid of the vehicle quickly as possible so my next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau.
Clock Spring - Kevin
I took my 2012 VW Eos to them for a clock spring failure which is under a recall. They told me that it did not fall under the recall due to the fact that they put a dust cover over the clock spring in 2015. I told the that there is no way the mechanic who did the work could guarantee that no debris got into the clock spring during the 3 years prior to the dust cover being installed.
I also told them that the Feds opened up another investigation in Oct 2017 for VW not doing enough to fix the problem with the poorly designed part in 2015. I told the manager at the dealership about this and he said there was nothing he could do. He said that when the dust cover was put on they never got close to the clock spring. I told him that they didn't have to get close to the clock spring because debris had already gotten into the clock spring during the 3 years prior to it being installed. which lead to the premature failure of the clock spring.
I don't know if he understood what I was saying or was just blowing me off.
