Monte Sanford was a tremendous help to me by explaining and demonstrating how to unlock the "kiddie lock" feature on the rear passenger doors of my 2018 Toyota Corolla. I was ready to drop the car off for "Early Bird" service and be without my vehicle for several days...he came out and showed me how to solve the problem and I was back on the road in 15 minutes!! That is great teamwork between sales and service! Thank you Monte!!!

On the day of the appointment, I was accommodated by service agent Julian Leath (5 stars) in a most courteous and efficient manner at the exact agreed-upon time. My car was serviced in less than an hour. I was quite gratified to still have a full day ahead of me!
