They allowed me to get my vehicle pre purchase inspected at the shop of my choosing prior to purchasing for my own peace of mind. Joe was very helpful, and obviously wanted me to be well informed about the used SUV I was inquiring about. He shared both the many good features and the few negatives about the vehicle. He answered every question I had to my satisfaction and I was so impressed by his honest approach, I chose to purchase the vehicle. This was not an easy decision, as they were about 1,000 miles away from my location. I bought a one-way plane ticket and booked a rental car to get me to the dealership, and when I arrived everything was exactly as he had described, he even had it detailed for my arrival! All the necessary paperwork and temporary tags were prepared and ready for me to purchase the vehicle and be completely legal driving it literally across the country back home!
