He even went above and beyond and had our rims powder coated for us at no charge because we wanted black rims. I definitely will be returning to Volkswagen of Olympia for my next vehicle purchase.

I had a good experience. Legend, my salesperson, was great!. He was personable, honest, and applied minimal pressure to make the sale. The finance manger became frustrated with me during the transaction. However, the finance guy behind the scenes, the loan guy, was legit. He was fighting for me to get the best interest rate possible. I even had to redo the paperwork because he found a lower interest rate from a local credit union. Despite being a CPO, the vehicle came with a grease stain on the rear seat, and a broken cargo cover strap. I had asked about the stain, but they refused to look at it, saying it’s sold as is. I cleaned up the grease stain with some isopropyl and fixed the cargo strap when I got home. While I had some frustrations, I felt like the team worked well together to make the sale. I walked away happy with the price, the loan, and the like new, low mileage vehicle!

They lie about their inspection they make on used cars they sell. The AC broke 4 days after purchase, reason was they never inspected the cabin filter which cause the AC to break. Wish I could post a pic to show how filthy it looked, like it has never been replaced They said they would pay for the part if I pay labor. After work was done, they refused. They ignore calls and texts, especially Juan, the sales guy. If you do buy, please take a mech to verify what they claim to inspect. They bribe you with a $100 gift card for a 5 star review if you do it right there and then. So that says right there how they do business.

Dropped a car off for repairs. Knowing what the issue was and thinking warranty would cover it. Warranty denied it. Do to a nut coming off the turbo. They had to do there diagnostics for the warranty to know what the issue was. Warranty denied, so of course I'm forced to have to pay for the diagnostics. $1300! Show up to pick up the car and it wasn't together all the way. Drove over 2 and half hours pulling a car dolly to show up with the car in worse condition then when we dropped it off. Note in the window from the technician saying cars in pieces see technician. Instantly not happy. Go inside pay my bill and ask why isn't it together all the way like when it was dropped off? They say, Oh we're doing you a favor not putting it back together all the way. Not happy... I say, So I have to wait for you to put the car back together completely and waste more of my time waiting and you want me to pay full price? They say, Oh we can put it back together. I say no way. Your done touching the car I'm not waiting I'll do it myself. I'm a diesel technician and have been working on vehicles and anything with a engine for over 40 years. The only reason the car is there is for warranty to cover it. The warranty was denied. I paid the diagnostics and labor fees. Not happy of course since the car was not put back together all the way like when it showed up. The Intake was left off of it and so was one of intercooler hoses. Left wide open for the dust to get in. They expected me to want to tow a vehicle on a car dolly over 2 and half hours with the intake and intercooler hose off of it. Id expect for everything to be put back on it. It rains quite often and the roads are usually wet. I put the car back together right there in the parking lot noticed more stuff broken from them taking it apart for diagnostics. Please don't do people a favor and leave there car in pieces and expect them not to be upset and not want to wait. And have to pay full price for shoty diagnostic work. Now I have to fix more broken connectors and plastic pieces after I replace the turbo and everything else that might be needed. Be nice if warranty actually was a warranty. Not this dealerships warranty a bought added on warranty. It would be great if you gave a vehicle to someone in a certain condition it would be in the same condition when you picked it up. Now the car will get repaired by me and get better parts put on it for way cheaper then what they wanted to repair the vehicle for. Absolutely ridiculous!

Just wanted to say thank you to Campbell VW for taking such incredible care of me and my Tiguan when I came in for service yesterday. I drove over 2 hours from Yakima to get my car serviced because the dealerships around me were booked up through August. I am glad that I did. The service member (I think his name was Camden maybe) was polite and very thorough in his communication and knowledge of what I needed for my Tiguan service. He gave me a window of time for completion and offered directions to coffee and restaurants nearby where I could chill and do some work while waiting - along with your waiting areas as well. I appreciated his focus on me as the customer "in front of him" while the phones were ringing and other customers were in line behind me. The stellar customer service I experienced here will justify the drive over from Yakima every single time I need service done on my Tiguan. You have made a new customer out of me - a long time VW owner. And thanks for the El Cubano recommendation. one of the best Cuban sandwiches I've had since living in FL.

I went in to get the 2019 Atlas , Ray and Vasco were the sales people handling my query. Vasco was upfront in sharing all the pricing / incentives / payments etc and arranged for the test drive. No time wasted and I got all the information needed to make my purchase decision. Super efficient , in the end I ended up going for highlander and didnt get into negotiation as the atlas was over budget. Due to great experience at Michaels' VW I went to Michael's toyota , unfortunately that experience was terrible.

We’ve had the worst experience with Carter VW Service! They made us feel terrible and our car still needs a repair for a recall from the dealership. When an appointment is made a month prior, you think they would have the wallet size part for the ignition waiting. Not these guys. In fact, they’ll make you and your wife take work off, drive 30 miles with toles in separate cars to make the 10AM appointment to find out that that the part is not there. It blows our minds how 5 dudes sitting alone behind a counter can’t simply call to let us know. Instead, we were met with excuses and a “oh we are so sorry”. Totally unprofessional D-. No, a solid F. We say beware to all, especially to our friends and family. Stay away from Carter!
