"Yuri Is the Greatest" Says Historically Distrustful Buyer - Yuri_Fan
I bought a car from Yuri Ohno in July 2018 for my daughter. It was such a great experience that I bought another one from him in November 2018, this time for me. I have never done an on-line review like this, partially because I am historically distrustful and thus was always concerned that I would give positive feedback and then have something go wrong with the car or dealership. Plus, I do not like giving out my e-mail address. In this case, Yuri's integrity, fairness, knowledge, honesty, and great customer service compelled me to write this review in August 2019. Yuri said I would have a good experience with the finance person, Cooper, and I did - Cooper was awesome. Yuri said I would have a good experience if I needed to bring my car in for service for any issues, especially if I worked with Vladimir, and Yuri was right again - Vlad is awesome. Beyond all of that, Yuri has been just as responsive and personable after the purchases as he was when I was considering whether to buy the cars. Clearly, this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I am still enjoying it. Yuri is the greatest, is totally unlike any car salesperson I have ever met. This was my first time buying any Volkswagen. At the end of the day, there are not many differences between similar cars and their prices, so the salesperson makes a difference - I bought two Volkswagens because of Yuri Ohno. If he stays in car sales, I hope he stays with Dick Hannah, but either way, I will look to buy from him wherever he is.

Xpress Service Oil change - NHReview
I went in today for Xpress Service oil change at 12:30PM (2 and 1/2 hours before they close). I wait for 20 minutes for service guy Joey Espinoza to chat with other customer. After he was done talking and then he asked me what can he do for me (even though there is another guy already asked me and wrote down the information). I told him that I need oil change. Then he looked at the paper and watch and said that he had 3 oil changes in order right now and there is "only 2 hours" left before the store is closed so he needs to check with mechanics so he went away for a while but did not ask any mechanics and then he stopped by another service rep. ( I didn't get his name but he is tall guy and there are only 2 guys service rep. at that time) and then Joey said to me that we had 3 cars a head of you so we are not able to service oil change for you today. I asked him how long will it take to have oil changes, there is a lot of places they even have oil change in 15 minutes. I realize that this guy does not care about the customers or company benefit and does not hesitate to send customers away. I went to another dealer place and I got oil change in 15 minutes. Sometime dealer is good but they hire bad service representative. I have 2 cars that I often to go to this place but lately they changed service rep. and they are not customer centric. Anyway Pignataro Volkswagen dealer is losing loyal customers to another dealer.

My wife and I visited this dealership in hopes of finding her next car, and we were looking for something reliable and a good deal. We stumbled a a Subaru Crosstrek in their used lot, and were quickly taken back by how wonderful this car was and the price it was listed at.
Not only did Sanchizzle knock a few bucks off, but overall went above and beyond to look out for our best interest.
We ended up walking away feeling great about our decision and showed up two days later to find a spotless, geourgous Subaru waiting for us.

I just bought a used car from a 3rd party. As it turns out there were problems with the car that needed immediate attention I went to Campbell Volkswagen 1st thing in the morning without an appointment and they were able to fit me in . They fixed the problems, were very thorough and did an outstanding job. They kept me informed of the status along the way and came in under their estimated cost. Sonny and the team at Campbell VW were great!

Unorganized place, traded my vehicle here. Some salesmen don’t know how to do their jobs, after signing paperwork I was told I was good to go. Clearly, I wasn’t. Apparently I still have to pay for the other vehicle getting late charge fees. I mean why can’t I get a heads up from this dealership to let me know I need more paper to sign. Unfortunately I was informed by my bank for the late fee, 23 days later once I purchased a vehicle. This dealership only cares about good reviews and selling cars. I would think twice about this place, never in my life I dealt with this.
The finance manager Rachid said that corporate couldn’t do anything in their end. I now have to pay this late fee from the initial vehicle. This could’ve had been avoided if they would’ve just called us a day or two after my purchase. But no, they want to wait and affect my credit. Good job Volkswagen of Tacoma!

If you get the chance to visit Auburn VW then ask for EJ. He is the best! I worked with him remotely to purchase a Golf R. I do not live anywhere close to Auburn so I didn't have time to make the drive out to talk to anyone. EJ helped me remotely, answering all my questions and concerns. Once I decided to purchase the car, EJ quickly flagged the car as sold to prevent another salesman from showing the car to someone else on the lot. He sent me all the paperwork overnight, I signed it, sent it back and we discussed my options to take delivery of the car. Auburn VW was willing to deliver the car to my house so I didn't have to fly out. And we agreed to do just that and incorporated the delivery fee into the base price of the car. But at the last moment I reached out to EJ and told him I decided it would be more fun to fly to Seattle and drive it home myself. EJ coordinated everything and had an Uber driver meet me at the airport. He also was kind enough to provide me with a full tank of gas and threw in a few gifts for me and my wife. EJ also took his time and showed me all the features of the car and helped me order some parts that they will ship to my house. I've purchased many cars in my life and of all the salesman I have ever dealt with, EJ is the only one that I would want to work with again and again. He is absolutely awesome and made the purchase so much fun. Too bad EJ and Auburn VW is so far away from my house, otherwise I would take my car there for service too. Thanks again EJ and Auburn VW!

I went in to get the 2019 Atlas , Ray and Vasco were the sales people handling my query. Vasco was upfront in sharing all the pricing / incentives / payments etc and arranged for the test drive. No time wasted and I got all the information needed to make my purchase decision. Super efficient , in the end I ended up going for highlander and didnt get into negotiation as the atlas was over budget. Due to great experience at Michaels' VW I went to Michael's toyota , unfortunately that experience was terrible.

Dealership cannot contact back on the necessary and agreed to repairs for my car. Employees actually cover for the manager and as a customer you can tell they feel bad about it. Management issues at this joint. As a customer, I am setting up my own recalls and had to replace my battery first week out. Called about battery for dealership to defray the cost...... I spent $110. They don’t call back about that. All good. Now car doesn’t start today. I understand it’s a used car, but heck! You should be able to trust the locals when you buy from them. Especially when they get a sweet trade in from ya. 2009 Honda Accord Coupe. They trying for 9900. Please you guys, only pay 7800 maximum on that rig.

Basically the quality of work is worse than negligent. They are friendly but have no idea what is going on in service. I went in for radio code and ended up eventually towing my car somewhere else with a window that would not roll up and no start issue they told me would cost 900 dollars to diagnose. My mechanic found that they pierced a wire testing and broke the glow plug connector in the process of doing my glow plug recall update. They didnt take any responsibility and told me my old car had electrical issues when it was there xxxxty job that caused the issue. The glow plugs still dont work. They cost me 900 and 6 weeks with no car because they dont know what they are doing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I was in the market for a very specific type of GTI and found what I was looking for at Roger Jobs Volkswagen. I contacted Nick Leader through email and told him I was interested in one of his cars. He answered all of my questions, gave me a really great price, and setup a time for me to come look at the car. I've been to many dealers in my lifetime and this was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. None of that stereotypical high pressure sales talk. I was also impressed at his knowledge about cars in general. He definitely has a passion for this stuff. He gave me a surprisingly great price on my trade in and was very honest about everything up front. The whole experience was fantastic. I rarely go out of my way to write reviews, but I'll make an exception this time. If you are looking for a VW or Audi, go through Nick Leader. You won't be disappointed.
