Spent 900 dollars on a diagnostic and repair. Cash it was basically all I had. Drove off the lot and car was still broken and not to mention an engine light came on. I had never had one come on in the previous 100,000 miles. They have no explanation why the part they told me I needed did not fix my car. They only told me that I needed a more expensive one that's not available. No accountability or reassurance from anyone after telling me they would make this right

We opted to do an early lease return on our Atlas Cross-Sport. We live 2 hours away from the dealership and up until that point I had spoken with Bob H. via email and phone only. We have had negative experiences in the past with other dealerships so I was prepared for there to be some sort of miscommunication on the terms of the deal, or at the very least, be stuck at the dealership for a few hours doing paperwork. Let me tell you. Everything went seamless! We were in and out within 30 minutes. All paperwork was ready to go upon arrival. We shook hands and were on our way. If we are ever in the market for another Volksawagen I would not hesitate to drive right past our more local dealer and make the trip to VW of Kirkland.

NIGHTMARE OF A DEALERSHIP. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Bought a $2.6k sealjet package I didn’t want, which wasn’t even on the car yet. Took almost 3 weeks to get an appointment, they kept giving me the run around and not booking me. Then it turns out they never paid my trade in, so I had to call and find out why, rather than them handling their business. Turns out they got the numbers wrong on the pay out amount and now want ME to pay for their mistake. Manager doesn’t even have the courage to talk to me about it he has to send his receptionist to relay the information. God awful customer service. Manager is happy and present when you spend $60k, but once you’re off the lot they treat you like dirt.

Just wanted to say thank you to Campbell VW for taking such incredible care of me and my Tiguan when I came in for service yesterday. I drove over 2 hours from Yakima to get my car serviced because the dealerships around me were booked up through August. I am glad that I did. The service member (I think his name was Camden maybe) was polite and very thorough in his communication and knowledge of what I needed for my Tiguan service. He gave me a window of time for completion and offered directions to coffee and restaurants nearby where I could chill and do some work while waiting - along with your waiting areas as well. I appreciated his focus on me as the customer "in front of him" while the phones were ringing and other customers were in line behind me. The stellar customer service I experienced here will justify the drive over from Yakima every single time I need service done on my Tiguan. You have made a new customer out of me - a long time VW owner. And thanks for the El Cubano recommendation. one of the best Cuban sandwiches I've had since living in FL.

I went in to get the 2019 Atlas , Ray and Vasco were the sales people handling my query. Vasco was upfront in sharing all the pricing / incentives / payments etc and arranged for the test drive. No time wasted and I got all the information needed to make my purchase decision. Super efficient , in the end I ended up going for highlander and didnt get into negotiation as the atlas was over budget. Due to great experience at Michaels' VW I went to Michael's toyota , unfortunately that experience was terrible.

No pressure, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable sales staff. I went in to the dealer to find a replacement car for one that was wrecked by a negligent driver. I had in mind just what I wanted. After discussing that with the salesman he pointed me to a car that was less expensive, had more features, and fewer miles. The paperwork portion was easy and faster than I expected without any of the high pressure add ons I've gotten from other dealers. Minor issues with the car were fixed while I was onsite or the next day. I recommend this dealership as a first/last choice to buying a car. I think you will pleasantly surprised.

I lost my key. I went to a locksmith first, who led me on for 3 days before admitting they could not program the key they made to my car. I brought my car and the freshly made key to University dealership. They told me I need to order a factory key and it would take 5-7 business days. They were able to get it in 2 days and immediately programed the key to my car! In addition gave me a complimentary check up. They were so quick and friendly overall. Not having a car was so stressful. Their quick and friendly service was so appreciated! They have my future business!

Bought a 2021 VW Tiguan SEL Premium from Donielle last week. She was at all times professional, not pushy and went out of her way to get me the best deal. After all was said and done, I was presented with a tremendous value proposition. $4500 off of MSRP, 1.9% financing on the balance after trade-in of my car, plus 3 years free maintenance on the vehicle. The features of the vehicle were well explained to me and I am very happy with my purchase. The finance manager explained various options to me without being pushy. Even got a discount on the extra floor mats I bought. All in all a very positive experience.

When you leave your car at a repair shop or pricey dealership, they may not take any responsibility if it is severely damaged and vandalized while in their CARE! Roger Jobs Audi/, Porsche, Bellingham is one of those places. I did not bring my car to you in this condition! It was not even parked near security cameras.
The damages done to my car was per their estimate, almost $8000. The informed me that they are not responsible for theft or vandalism done to customer’s cars while parked in their lot. The only person who communicated with us personally, was their service manager, Nicholas Pacifico. They lied to the BBB saying we’re not willing to meet with them. We set up the meeting because no one would reach out to us. Their policy was relayed to us through Nicholas. We requested the meeting to demand copies of their insurance and Garage Keepers if they had one. We cancelled our meeting because our insurance company advised they had requested the information. Our meeting would have impacted us too emotionally, so our agent further advised against it.
We are very lucky to have Comprehensive on our vehicle. We were long time customers of this dealership.

I was in the market for a very specific type of GTI and found what I was looking for at Roger Jobs Volkswagen. I contacted Nick Leader through email and told him I was interested in one of his cars. He answered all of my questions, gave me a really great price, and setup a time for me to come look at the car. I've been to many dealers in my lifetime and this was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. None of that stereotypical high pressure sales talk. I was also impressed at his knowledge about cars in general. He definitely has a passion for this stuff. He gave me a surprisingly great price on my trade in and was very honest about everything up front. The whole experience was fantastic. I rarely go out of my way to write reviews, but I'll make an exception this time. If you are looking for a VW or Audi, go through Nick Leader. You won't be disappointed.
