Josh Staggs was my salesman and he was amazing and made everything seamless. I live in TN, so they had to deliver it to me, so I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Joe and his Wife Debbie. It took over 5 hrs to put four tires on my vehicle and align the tires. Plus, the inside of my vehicle was dirty when it was returned. On a previous occasion when I had tire monitors changed. The vehicle was returned without all of the lug nuts on the two of the tires. I like the manager and service staff but the workmanship sometimes leaves a lot to desire.

Paid 24.95 for them to shut off brake monitor sensor on my dash I could’ve done myself. It stated on the bill to shut off in settings. This dealership is a joke and sad that take advantage of people that don’t know mechanics.

My husband and I had a terrible experience here. We saw a very attractive car here with low mileage, talked it over for about a week, then called the dealership to ask if we could come in for a test drive. When we arrived, the salesperson we had been dealing with was plenty courteous, but his manager came out and said something along the lines of "Let me make this simple for you: No." We're a young couple who showed up in T-shirts and jeans, and it became clear from the conversation that he had taken one look at us and decided we weren't serious buyers. I told him we were here to buy, and after several doubtful prodding questions about how we planned to pay for the car (cash from savings), he told us we couldn't test drive it if we weren't going to buy it on the spot because they didn't want to put any miles on the car. He didn't talk to us, he didn't try to feel us out, and he offered no alternative solutions (like just sitting in the car for example). He didn't even try to direct us to any other cars, just told us no and then tried to explain away why. All in all this was probably the worst sales experience I've ever had in my life.

My cobalt air cont was putting out warm air & surging in & out.They checked it out and said nothing was wrong.I took it to another location and they found a dirty air cond filter they changed it and do it works great. By the way King coal charged me $35.00 for nothing.Thats how King coal will put the screws to you,but we wont be buying any more there.........
