I rarely leave reviews, and I’ll be honest—I don’t enjoy shopping for cars. That said, my experience at Lexus of Brookfield absolutely deserved to be shared. From the moment I walked in and was greeted, to the test drive and final pickup, every person I encountered was helpful and courteous. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Bob Hill was the best salesperson I have encountered in any setting. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and encouraged me to reach out anytime with additional questions. His professionalism and approach, combined with his knowledge of vehicles made a big difference. When I arrived to pick up my Lexus NX350, it was spotless, ready to go, and topped off with a beautiful bouquet of roses—a thoughtful touch that truly stood out. I will definitely be back to see Bob Hill and highly recommend Lexus of Brookfield! The experience Bob Hill provided was top notch!

Bella Baker, assistant service manager, is awesome! As a new Lexus owner, I love the dedicated service advisor model that they have at Lexus of Milwaukee. While I’ve had a few glitchy things with the car, So far, they have gone above and beyond to address of everything. The sales process was also very easy. I found exactly what I wanted within one hour of arriving. The sales team was very service oriented as well. Cooper and Josh did a great job. And shouted out to Chris in finance who made the paperwork so easy! Thank you, Lexus of Milwaukee!

I recently purchased a Lexus at Lexus of Madison. The whole experience was fantastic. Mikel was an incredibly helpful and patient salesperson. I never felt pushed; he was completely authentic and clear. Jordan helped us set up and understand the electronics. He was amazing too. All around excellent experience!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! I called ahead and confirmed the availability. Spoke with Joe and he was both professional and courteous. We drove up from the Chicagoland area and it was well worth the trip. The dealership was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was amazing. They explained the features and benefits of the Lexus IS 350 S. I will eagerly drive another 150+ miles to do business with them again! We had the pleasure of working with Joe Braun and meeting Rick Bergstrom. I t was a pleasure doing business with them and I will be back (and referring family there) for all future vehicle purchases. I must add, I do not do online reviews, but this was definitely worthy of an online review at least! Thank you@
