Sierra, was great, she kept me informed about my vehicle and it was quick, not much waiting. My Ford service you get when you buy a vehicle had expired and I didn't know it and she was so nice, she let me go ahead and have my oil change and tires rotated for nothing, but let me know I would pay next time.
