Best experience working with Cristin, Kevin and Spencer! Cristin was the most knowledgeable person I met on the Ford 250. Very easy process, they delivered the truck to Denver on time. I would totally recommend taking the extra time a driving to Cheyenne and talking to Cristin if you need a truck!

I wanted to leave a message about Fremont Cody's Service department. They are great. I had the airbag replaced in my Dodge Ram after a lot of procrastination I finally called. They got it right in, and were so accomadating. They took me and my kids to a doctors appointment while it was being worked on, (I had to drive 55 miles to get to a dealer her in rural Wyoming.) They were so helpful, and had the truck ready by the time they came and picked us up. Thanks very much!

From the salesman/women to the sales department I’m extremely happy with the service I received from this dealership. When I asked for a particular vehicle both Mark and Coral in sales worked hard at finding just the right vehicle I asked for last July which I totally love! To Chris in the service department who was very accomadating when I scheduled an appointment for routine oil change and tire rotation which was free by the way and they even washed my vehicle, wow what service. Thanks to the mechanics as well for recognizing I needed new brakes and letting me know.

Was all good except I think 200.00 to change fuel filters is a little over priced. I know there not that expensive . I know everyone needs to make money but !!!!
Finally fixed right - Jack
I’ll start with the negative first, it took two an a half weeks to get the truck fixed, and when I got it home I discovered that my custom headlights were disconnected (after driving a few miles in the dark) Turns out to be two minor points. Overall, the truck now runs better than it had in years. I’m very happy that the elusive problem was diagnosed properly and fixed correctly. The truck is now a pleasure to drive again. I brought it to a dealer because other shops had not correctly diagnosed the problem, or had caused the problem. The technician at University Motors was 100% right in his diagnosis and repair.
