I connected with Jose Valdovinos before I arrived at the dealership. On short notice, the Gerald Nissan team parked the vehicle out front, ready for my inspection. Despite the cold weather, Jose stepped outside to greet me warmly. The negotiation process was smooth and better than I had experienced at other dealerships. We agreed on a price within my budget for the vehicle I chose. Working with Jose Valdovinos, Luke Smiely, and Mahoud Touny was truly a pleasure.

Went to finance a car earlier this month. Was looking at a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee listed about $15,000. Instead the guy brought me a passat with a heavily damaged windshield, no rearview mirror, and severley rusted rotors! The rust was so thick i could wipe chunks off with my hand. This vehicle was so unsafe i was afraid to even test drive it! They told me I didnt qualify for the Jeep and thats all they could offer with no repairs. I got a lettet later on stating i didnt get financing cause i didnt meet the age requirement. I am 41 yeats old! I felt discriminated against and so humiliated. So glad i went to another dealer and got an amazing car and qualified for 16,800 in financing( cause they got my info correct!!) and got treated like royalty. Do not go here I was in tears when i left! Never again!

Amazing People!, I was on my way to a ash spreading memorial for my father in law from Shorewood Illinois to Cartersville about 320 miles. I was driving my less the two week old Audi e-Tron. Thinking getting power was as easy as getting fuel. Not the case. With less than two miles till dead. I was able to locate a charging station at KC Summers Nissan. I arrive 5 minutes till close on a Saturday afternoon. I realized after plugging in, the charge was going to take at least 4 hours till 80%. Knowing I had a situation on my hands and another 130 plus mile to travel. Pat Renfro and staff offered a loner at no charge? I was blown away because this doesn't happen where I'm from. Being a business owner for over 30 years myself, I realized businesses with trust and integrity still exist in America. Hat's off to you guys. I would recommend you people to everyone I know.
