I am a long time customer. I bought my first Murano in 2006. This is my fourth Murano. I've had my car serviced at Hawkinson and now Gerald since 2006. The service has been top notch through the years. The employees in the service were long term employees. I trusted their service advice completely. That speaks volumes for an employer, especially for a car dealarship. I had a very good experience with Jason Garcia today. He promised an hour wait and he beat that time.
