Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

Had an oil change and tire rotation. As part of that service they do a multipoint vehicle inspection. Luke the service advisor took the time to go over the report with me and pointed out some repairs they would recommend to do. They also provide a free wash upon completion of the service. I would definitely take my car here again if I lived in this area. Nice and friendly staff.
