I bought a used vehicle form Cadillac of Jackson and there were a few concerns with the vehicle. I contacted my sales person and the sales manager and they were both responsive and very professional. They worked with me and resolved the concern quickly and gracefully. It is rare to find people that take your concerns to hart and take responsibility to find a solution. If you are looking for a Cadillac you need to talk to these guys.

They were great till there was a problem. They sold me the Chevy cargo mats. I wanted to have them installed and they said it was really easy so I took them home when I got home. I lined everything up. Follow the directions exactly and found the two of the holes had metal behind them. I took them down to the dealership. They looked at it and agreed that the holes were not there that there was metal behind it. It was the right mat, but it didn’t fit. I was told to call customer support. I did explained everything to them. they said it was the dealers responsibility. I called the dealer. They said it was Chevy‘s responsibility. Chevy said it was the dealers responsibility after all of this back-and-forth. I still have holes in the back of my seats and a liner that does not fit. I spoke with a managers at Turan Foley Chevrolet and they Try to convince me that it was my fault and they didn’t need to do anything because I’d already done all my research. I just let them think that I’m tired and don’t know what to do from here. I’m not sure if I can load pictures, but if I can, all six of the holes are lined up perfectly and the one hole that is shown in the pictures will not lineup. The pencil mark is where the actual hole is I was able to find it, but it won’t line up at all.

As a buyer. You could not have asked or wanted any service better than received. Buying a vehicle can be nerve-wracking, even frustrating to the point of being angred. Not this time! There was no arguing over trade allowance, they were fair with first offer instead of insulting my vehicle as most dealerships do. When a problem did arise they were quick to fix the issue. I've bought a lot of vehicle over the years, without a doubt this was as smooth, Pleasant, enjoyable experience compared to some past trades. Will I go back , YES , no other dearlship could lure me away. Thank-you all to the employees of cannon gmc. Hats off to you!!
