Bought 2023 Nissan Sentra in Aug. 2023 .Salesman was nice but the man in the finance dept was not..He pushed about 8 or 10 pages to me and when I was trying to read them he just rushed me to sign. In the end I got with a loan shark finance company and the both of them got me This was my first time I bought a car on my own. The interest rate is too high, I am paying $500.00 a month and only $160.00 is applaud to note.trying to get in contact with FTC tolet them know. Also in Nov. Battery lost power and instead of getting a new battery the service dept simply charged it up.

I was sold an Alternator when I needed Wheel Bearings. Someone hit my car there and they did not call me when it happened and did not apologize. They did not have a clear picture of what the damage was. I will never do business with them again.

Took my versa in for diagnostic, they miss read codes, told them it was a transmission poblem they said missfire on #3, My mechinic spend all day to find no poblem with #3 cylinder, it was the transmission computer, very rude service department, would no recommend this dealership to anyone.
