Roger, Carl and the other service staff I encountered were all friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable-- I was nervous to take my RAV4 to the dealership for service because I thought it would be too expensive, but it was less than expected and the level of service far surpassed my expectations. I'm really glad to have such a great Toyota service dept. here in Santa fe! Oh, and Ernie got me to and from my home as quick as can be-- 5 star service all around!

Love my Camry xse 2025. Pickup is fantastic! You'd never know it was a 4 cylinder hybrid. And, it is super cool in Ocean Gem color. This is the sport version and it is my dream car. All of this was made possible by my salespeople, Robert Ferstyl, and the LHM toyota team. Very friendly, no pressure, they worked hard to get me the only Camry I wanted and a deal to match. Additionally, Derek and the maintenance team were exceptional in coordinating the install of custom tires and truck bed cover.
