This is the worse place to buy a car all of their cars are worthless and once u give them your money they attitude change. They have sold me a 2011 Chevy traverse that had transmission problem they claimed they took it to transmission shop to get it fixed and took me where it was supposed to get done for the people to say in my face that they never worked on the car. So they gave me another car the same kind just a different color that also had the same problem so when I requested my money back they had the nerve to try charge me a restock fee and when I told them I’m not paying that they threatened to take to me court. These people are scam artist at its finest! I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them. Don’t even bother with headache they actual need to be closed down nothing but a bunch of xxxx crooks and for the price they sell them cars they need to get their roof fixed cause when it rain it leaks in the dealership.

Absolutely! Here’s a review that will really hit hard WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! This place is the definition of a scam. I bought a Mini Cooper from them, and they flat-out lied to my face. They pushed hard to sell it “as-is” with no warranty, but they swore up and down that it was in great condition. That was a complete LIE. The car ran fine just long enough for them to get my money. Then, out of nowhere, it started losing power. Now? It won’t even start. So I took it to a mechanic—guess what? They recognized the car IMMEDIATELY. They didn’t even have to look at it before asking, “Did you buy this from [Dealership Name]?” That’s how bad their reputation is! The mechanics in the shop actually LAUGHED because this place is so well known for dumping garbage cars on people. One even told me, “We wouldn’t give that car to someone for free, let alone SELL it.” This dealership doesn’t sell cars—they sell problems. And once they have your money? They could care less. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing when they sold me this car. If you buy from them, you will regret it. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the stress. Run FAR away from this place. Awesome buying experience!!!! I drove to John Sauder Chevrolet of Ephrata on 10/14/24 to look at 2 trucks. Tim Weaver was my salesperson. He was attentive and while I was out for a test drive they took the time to look at my trade in. By the time I came back they had all the numbers ready to go over on the truck and trade. I received a fair purchase price on the purchase price of the 2022 Trail Boss and the same on my trade in. The credit application and buying process was pretty flawless. No wasting time on either end which I appreciated with my busy schedule. Patrick Byrnes was amazing! He went over all available options and answered all my questions. The process at the end was quick and efficient. Actually one of my better buying experiences from a dealership. No pressure, clean showroom and nice choice of vehicles. The next day after the purchase I realized there were wheel locks on each of the tires but the key wasn't in the glove box. One call back to the dealership and Patrick had me taken care of with an appointment the next day. Their service department was super nice to deal with and accommodating. I also had an opportunity to interact with their parts department on obtaining a bed mat and I encountered the same great service. Today it's hard to find great deals and the best value for your money along with exceptional service. I can tell you with my experience you will find both here. Patrick is a class act and appreciated doing business with your dealership because of him and his team.

Found a car that my son liked. It was more than his budget but Josh said don’t worry about that, come on up and take it for a test drive. They worked with his budget reasonably and we pitched the car. Friendly staff and fast on the paperwork. I also liked that they called the insurance and we got coverage and a temp card before we drove off the lot. The whole experience was amazing we test drove agreed on a price and was heading home in about 2 hrs. Thank you guys I’m positive I’ll see you for the next vehicle

I want to start this review off by saying I NEVER write reviews about places, even when the service is bad. But the way this dealership treated me was horrible, by far the worst I have ever had. I purchased a vehicle in May of this year, a 2016 Subaru WRX STI, with only 40k miles. The car was in perfect condition (or so I thought). 5 months after I purchased the vehicle (less than 5k miles put on it) all of my lights on my dash came on. I was confused, so I took it to my local NTB to have it looked at. After having my car 2 days, I finally got a call from the mechanic, and what he told me was astonishing... He started off by asking me if i had replaced the engine of the car...? I said no , I just got the vehicle. He said that the entire engine of the vehicle had been taken out, and when it was put back into the car... it was not done right. Wires were not hooked up, bolts were missing, gaskets were re-used... On top of that there were MAJOR oil leaks, and the water pump was bad. The intercooler was cracked, I mean the list went on... When I went to pick up my car, the mechanic gave me a 4-page essay and pictures of everything wrong with the car. I had to pay 2 thousand dollars to get the car running (and it needed a lot more done). So, I call Renn Kirby to tell them all about this, and I had the solution of, I would come back, trade the car (they give me what I owe since I hadn't had the car for that long and was unaware of what they did...) and I would in return buy another car from them to make up what they would lose.... In my eyes, that's more than fair. Well, the GM of the dealer basically gave me the run around and then 2 days later told me they could appraise the car and sell me a new one... So basically, they wouldn't help me at all, even after the GM admitted he "won't use that mechanic again".... This dealership should be ashamed with selling a vehicle that was "unsafe to drive"... and then screwing me over more by not helping me get out of it, or even giving me a refund for the money I spent. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, because once you leave that door, they don't give a xxxx about you.

We bought a vehicle at 219 Royers on December 5, 2024. It broke down on the way home. We took it back and mechanic said the convertor was plugged but said it was too expensive to fix. Mechanic told my wife & I to take vehicle home, take catalytic convertor off, gut out the inside and put it back on. This vehicle had a 90 day warranty and it is still sitting in my driveway. I filed papers with the Attorney Generals Office as they said leave it sit and they would take care of the matter. I took out extra insurance on my payments and they are also fighting this for me.
