The process was transparent, straightforward, and completely stress-free. Financing got approved super fast, and they patiently answered every single question I threw at them. First, my salesperson, Leo Flores was terrific to work with. The entire facility is dedicated exclusively to Genesis and it is clean, modern and very attractive. Even the customer waiting area was very comfortable and attractive. My delivery experience was second to none. I was blown away when I first saw my new GV70 in a dedicated delivery bay, with a big white ribbon on the hood. And, the car was impeccably detailed. Finalizing paperwork was a pleasant and quick experience. Overall, I drove away knowing that I got a good deal. It was an unforgettable day and an extraordinary car-buying experience.
