Today I called Lebanon Ford about new Ford Edge availability since I was coming from 90 miles away. As promised the vehicle was there and ready for me to test drive. I arrived at 2:30pm and test drove the car while they inspected my potential trade in. The new car was exactly what I wanted and their trade in offer was in line with book plus they offered me incredibly good financing. By 5:30pm all the paperwork and transfers had been done and I was on the road home. I hate to waste time so by God if felt good to deal with professionals.

I live over 1.5h drive from Faiths. However, for whatever reason, it just so happened that the last 2 times I have been shopping for a vehicle, Faith's had exactly what I was looking for. The first time (3.5y ago) it was a great price on a 2008 Tacoma 5spd, and this week it was the 2026 Tacoma with everything I wanted and nothing I didn't, which meant a great price. Now, that stuff has nothing to do with the dealer, as compared to any other - but as I have been shopping around at other dealers closer to home, there is a lot that stands out in a positive way - which is why for my latest vehicle, the 1.5h+ (3h+ round trip) was well worth it. A lot of dealers I've experienced (official, well known and highly reputable Toyota dealers included) pull the high pressure sales tactics, are deceptive and dodgy when asked tough questions and don't listen to you in their fervor to sell you a vehicle and every add-on under the sun. Faith's never did that. They were upfront, transparent and stayed well past closing to ensure I could finalize the sale and drive my new truck home so I didn't have to make a 2nd 3h round trip. Patrick was my sales guy and Colby the finance guy, both were awesome and it seemed like everyone there was similar. The TL;DR; - More than any other dealer, Faith's seemed genuinely interested in working to earn my business by getting me into the right vehicle with the right price while others, no matter how hard they tried to hide it, just want to maximize a sale.

This is a warning for anyone looking at Greenwich Ford. I am speaking up because I have the documentation to back up every word. My experience from January was a textbook shell game. ​When I walked in with my wife, I was met by three different people who looked us in the eye and lied. One man shook our hands, patted us on the shoulder, and promised, "We'll take care of you," while giving me a false name and position. After seven months of digging, I discovered that I never even met the real General Manager. ​I realized the extent of the deception only after bringing the truck back to the service desk to address the issues I noticed during the test drive—specifically the engine ticking from the leaking exhaust manifolds and the steering shimmy. It was there that I was informed of a "down payment" requirement for a warranty fix, which led me to uncover the truth about my deal. The finance manager had pulled off a classic bait-and-switch: my $6,000 down payment disappeared on one copy of the contract but reappeared when reported to the finance company, while the price of the truck was inflated from $30,000 to $39,864. They funneled that money into DOWC warranties I never asked for and never signed for. This has cost me thousands of dollars in financing charges over the life of the loan. To make matters worse, my contract states a 72-month term, but my finance company’s app shows a 73-month term. ​I also realized that the repairs they tried to charge me for should have been covered under their own 60-day/3,000-mile "good to go" guarantee. Doing my own research was a gold mine that finally answered questions we haven't been able to solve for seven months. There are names appearing in these reviews that aren't on any official rosters. It is shocking what goes on with these dealerships and the games they play. I am thorough, and I am preparing for my day in court because I have the documentation to prove exactly what happened. ​Check your paperwork closely before you take that truck or car home, even if you just finished signing the deal. Compare every copy to ensure your down payment is applied correctly and the loan terms match. Research the staff before you go so you know exactly who you are dealing with.

On 11/1/2024 my 2024 F-150 XLT 3. - Nate G

On 11/1/2024 my 2024 F-150 XLT 3.5L EcoBoost was towed to Ford of Claremont due to it breaking down and Ford of Claremont being the closest dealership within 50 miles. They assessed my truck and found that there was a Technical Service Bulletin for the turbo/intake on the 3.5L EcoBoost. Ethan in the Service Department at Ford of Claremont refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle stating that they did not have inventory. I explained that my truck broke down 3.5 hours from my house and I need a vehicle to get home, conduct my daily functions, including going to and from work, as well as caring for my 2.5 year old child. Ethan in the Service department refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle. I explained that I'm aware that any vehicle on their lot can be put into loaner status and he stated that wasn't true. I also explained that Ford has the ability to provide a rental car through Enterprise car rental if they do not have inventory and he stated he'd never heard that before. This repair was covered under warranty, and I was entitled to a loaner, Ford of Claremont refused to provide one for me. My Ford Customer Advocate called Ford of Claremont on 11/4 and directed them to provide me with a loaner, they refused. I picked up my vehicle on 11/15/2024 and attempted to drive it home on 11/16. I made it 35 miles and it broke down again, with the same issues that I had on 11/1. When I called Ford of Claremont on 11/16, the service department was closed and I spoke to someone in sales. He suggested that I drive the vehicle (that was broken down) to Grappone Ford in Concord, and that was the only help he would offer. Ford of Claremont did not take care of me as a Ford customer, they created substantial hardship and stress for refusing to provide me with a loaner or rental while they worked on my vehicle. I had to pay $300.00 to a friend to drive me back to Maine on 11/3, pick me up on 11/15 to get my vehicle in NH and then pick me up in NH again and bring me to Maine when it broke down on 11/16.

Ted Green Ford, specifically Ray in service, helped us out in a real jam. The clutch on my 2009 Subaru Impreza was failing to engage and stopped very near to Ted Green Ford..... Ray provided kind & professional service quickly. We were travelling and Ted Green Ford welcomed us and our 2 dogs - My dogs were welcomed with some treats and they even provided us with a ride to go and get a rental car. Ray was great at keeping us updated on the progress of the car. The car was fixed very quickly and for a very reasonable price.
