Rakib is extremely knowledgeable and informative. - bmont05

Rakib is extremely knowledgeable and informative. What stood out the most was his honesty and professionalism. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. Instead, he genuinely wanted to make sure I drove away in a car that was the right fit for me. He was transparent, responsive, and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who’s trustworthy, personable, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Rakib. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and he definitely delivers. I’ll be recommending him to my family and friends without hesitation!

I went to Empire Mazda yesterday just to inquire and get - vin_ams

I went to Empire Mazda yesterday just to inquire and get some questions I had answered about the Mazda MX-50 Turbo model. I was greeted initially by Hossam who took his time addressing the many questions I had. And going over some of those questions while looking over the one in the showroom. It was a pleasure dealing with Hassam. And was time well spent. When we're ready to pull the trigger it will be great to follow-up with him.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve Zagoric - Cynthia

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve Zagoric at Wayne Mazda. Steve is truly my favorite person to work with when it comes to buying a car. If it were not for him, I honestly do not know if I would have been able to get into a vehicle. Steve went above and beyond for me and my family. He helped me get my Mazda, and he also helped my mom get hers. He took what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience and made everything feel smooth, easy, and manageable. He listened to what we needed, worked hard to find a way to make everything come together, and never made us feel pressured. What makes Steve different is that he genuinely cares about the people he helps. You never feel like you are just another sale. He treats you like family, explains everything, stays patient, and does everything he can to help. I am beyond grateful to Steve and Wayne Mazda. I would recommend Steve to anyone looking for a Mazda. If you want someone who is kind, trustworthy, patient, knowledgeable, and truly willing to go the extra mile for you, ask for Steve Zagoric. He has earned my business, my mom’s business, and my highest recommendation. Five stars are honestly not enough.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-90 from Open Road Mazda - Kristin

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-90 from Open Road Mazda of Morristown and had another great experience with the dealership. Ignacio, my sales consultant, was great to work with. He was friendly and always quick to communicate and answer any questions I had. He made the whole process easy and comfortable without ever feeling pressured. Eric, the GM, was very accommodating. He took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and made me feel like a valued customer. This is my second Mazda and my second purchase from Open Road Mazda and both times I’ve had great experiences. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Mazda. Thank you to Ignacio, Eric, and the team at Open Road Mazda of Morristown!

I recently purchased a used Mazda from Mazda of Lodi and - shah9

I recently purchased a used Mazda from Mazda of Lodi and have been very disappointed with the dealership's handling of a problem that arose immediately after the sale. The vehicle was delivered with two key fobs. One worked properly, while the other did not. Within the first week of ownership, I returned to the dealership twice seeking assistance. During my first visit, I was advised to replace the battery and monitor the issue. I followed that advice and replaced the battery, but the problem remained. When I returned, the dealership diagnosed the key fob as defective. Despite acknowledging that the key fob was defective and despite the fact that the issue was reported almost immediately after purchase, the dealership refused to replace it. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way I was treated during the process. I felt that management insinuated that I had somehow caused the problem or was not being truthful about the issue, even though I had followed their instructions, returned promptly, and the dealership's own diagnosis confirmed the key fob was defective. The issue itself is relatively minor. What concerns me is the lack of accountability and customer service after the sale. I expected a Mazda dealership to stand behind a vehicle and its included equipment, especially when a defect is identified within days of purchase. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mazda of Lodi. Based on this I would avoid buying a Mazda.

I would highly recommend Steve Aponte at Island Mazda. - akrys2

I would highly recommend Steve Aponte at Island Mazda. He provided me with all the pricing information as requested, without all the typical car dealership nonsense. He even responded to my emails sent to Island Mazda while recovering from serious surgery. Steve made sure that when it was time for me to pick up the car that another salesman would be available to take me through the car and answer all my questions. Picking up the car went smoothly, without issue. Highly recommend, Steve, Nick and Tim at Island Mazda.
