Always request him to be my service advisor for his professionalism, attention to detail, takes time to listen to customer queries and gives straight and honest answers. Has a pleasant personality and always willing to help in any way he can. Any issues is resolved promptly and satisfactorily in a respectful manner. In July 2025, I contacted Thompson Toyota to place an advance order for a 2026 Toyota RAV4 Limited Hybrid. I clearly explained that I would purchase the vehicle from Thompson if they honored the $500 Hero discount that was being offered at Team Toyota. The Sales Manager, Steve Tagye, responded and initially confirmed that honoring the $500 discount would not be an issue. Based on this clear agreement, I placed a deposit. After several months of waiting for the redesigned RAV4 to enter production, the dealership located a vehicle for me in February. At this point, communication broke down completely. The sales consultant, Ken, could not make even minor decisions and was forced to defer to Steve Tagye for nearly everything. In March, Steve Tagye unilaterally backed out of the previously agreed-upon $500 discount on a vehicle with a list price of approximately $49,000. Despite the clear documentation of our agreement and my repeated references to it, he refused to honor the commitment and attempted to argue that the agreement never existed. This was a blatant use of manipulative and unethical sales tactics, wasting my time and trust. I immediately requested my deposit back and decided to take my business elsewhere. Potential buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with Steve Tagye and Thompson Toyota.

Team Toyota Langhorne Service tried to upsell a bogus 60K inverter coolant service — manual says 150K. Don’t trust their pressure tactics. I bought a 2022 RAV4 from Team Toyota and was happy — until service. On 7/3/2026 service advisor William Gray told me my inverter coolant was due at 60,000 miles and pressured me to authorize an expensive service, saying it was 20,000 miles overdue. I declined and later checked Toyota’s official schedule and my owner’s manual — the first inverter coolant change is listed at 150,000 miles, not 60,000. Invoice: TOCS563817. Takeaway: verify the maintenance interval in your owner’s manual before agreeing to dealer‑recommended services. I have the dealer estimate and the manual page as evidence.

Refused to even entertain a price that didn’t include their ‘silent security/theft guard’ and ‘complete care’ like these things were mandatory. Also registration and dmv fee when you’re transferring plates does not cost 424.44$ . It literally costs 4.50$ to transfer plates and another 80 or so to register. So because they were absolutely unwilling to listen to what I wanted which was to pay the taxes, doc fee and dmv outright and I didn’t want their ridiculous up charges of almost 2500$, they lost the deal. I low balled my offer intentionally so they could meet me somewhere in the middle (they took 750$ off msrp but completely stopped listening to me and shook my hand and said bye, we’ll try to find you a used one! All bc I didn’t want to pay their ridiculous up charges and I wanted to structure the financing MY way. I just contacted another dealer
