We were en route from Boston to Pennsylvania for an evening event when we lost tire pressure on the Taconic Parkway. Found a nail in the gap between treads! Contacted Middletown VW by phone--and even though it was late Friday afternoon--the service advisor, Ryan, agreed to take us in and have the tire repaired immediately. His graciousness and courtesy was outstanding and he had us back on the road in less than an hour. So pleased to have such kindness! Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Middletown VW if you are ever in the area and need your fahrvergnügen recharged!

He sold me my Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate, he was very professional, very patient with me and very honest, thank you.I had my Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate service on May 27th 2026. The truck runs great. My new service rep is now Lori. Lori is great. The respect I receive and service with my truck when I am at W. S. CHEVROLET now makes me feel like a very valued customer and imI am very thankful that Matt N. (service manager) set my up with her. I am very thankful Lori is able to represent me and I would like Lori to represent me moving forward. Thank you again. Excellent work. My technicians name is Miz. I would like Miz to work on my truck whenever my Sierra 1500 Denali ultimate needs service. When I received my truck back which this is the second time he worked on that I felt that my Sierra 1500 Denali ultimate was respected and in good hands. Good job 👏 👍 Everyone and thank you. I would like to give 5 Stars, but I only gave 4 out of the fear that nothing good lasts forever and things do happen I really would like Lori and Miz to be on my team moving forward. I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

allegedly fixed a problem several times only to find it was never fixed in the first place. car is useless to me now. never safe in the first place. warning....do not go here. he will take advantage of your situation, play like he's your friend, take your money with a smile and stab you in the back.

They try to scam in person and online - DoingMyResearch

This place has been known to forge Carfax reports. Always get the VIN and do your own search. They roll back odometers. They also have almost ALL these vehicles posted online all over the country. They want to sell through eBay so they can steal your money and never deliver. I have emails and text as proof and the police are being notified. I guess they don't realize, or don't care, once they involved the internet, it brought in FBI involvement.

What a nice bunch of people at this place. They say the car is there it is there. They are not nasty and sneaky like most NJ car dealers are. I just made 3 new friends and I didn't end up buying anything we couldn't come to an agreement on the price. The way they negotiated the deal was pleasant. Ray accommodated us for our test drive with a smile and with gentle care to our needs. Zac the internet manager and Steve the finance manager were also on board to help make the process smoother. Btw Ray told me they don’t sell tire insurance so don’t ask them for tire insurance no matter what. LOL.
