Patience and customer service A+ I did my research before picking this dealership but was still leary since it was pur first time buying a newer vehicle. We went to the dealership with a particular vehicle in mind however my 6'6" boyfriend was having difficulty getting comfortable in the sedan. Monica kept bringing car after car to let him test the legroom. She was patient as he'd wiggle around before we'd even entertain getting in the car. This happened with at least 5 different vehicles and never were we rushed or made to feel like an inconvenience. I had to leave because our son wasn't feeling well and another older gentleman gave me the in formation I needed so I could rush out. We had to wait to find out about financing but we didn't arrive at the dealership until well after 5. Jose talked us through our payments and made everything simple. He answered any questions we had and was patient when we needed clarification. we were there for a while to pick up the car only because all of us were chatting. It was refreshing because they were genuinely happy for our family. & we absolutely love our new vehicle. More

After two months, My wife & I realized, as much as we enjoyed the C280, the vehicle is built too low to the ground for my wife's arthritic hips and her mechanical knees. We returned to Prestige Pre-Owned and the sales rep introduced me to a 2010 Lexus EX350. Flexible price, generous trade on the 2007 Merc, attentive presale prep. Most comfortable car I have ever experienced. Very happy with sale: my disabled spouse has no - zero - trouble entering or exiting the vehicle.
