We took up a lot of his time with a vehicle we later decided against. He was not bothered by this at all. He said he knew what we wanted and would keep us in mind,. A few days later, he called with a car we might like. We bought that car after the test drive. I would like to commend Andre Reid for his knowledge of Subaru product, genuine concern for the customer and the ability to explain all those buttons one more time... with patience !!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Curry Subaru. Every person I encountered in the dealership was extremely nice, and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. That speaks volumes as GOOD customer service nowadays can sometimes feel like a thing of the past. Marc DeBenedictis was my salesman, and he was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car, took me out to test drive those cars, and found the color I really wanted. Marc was patient with me and gave me the space to process everything at my own pace. When it came time for me to make my decision to buy, he was ready, and moved at the speed of lightning to make it happen. All in all, it was an easy, no-pressure, but very thorough experience, and so far I'm lovin' my new car. Thanks Marc.

I was able to get in touch with the BDC department. (My wife is a teacher so she barely gets time to do) I was delighted by the amount of information I could get from them just with one call. The gentleman I spoke on the phone his name is Kyle. He truly went above and beyond to get my wife everything she needed. Very professional and respectful. Able to accommodate my wife's schedule and mine to get an appointment. However, once we went to the store, we were not able to meet him in person because the salesperson told us that he just works in the BDC department. We wanted to thank him directly. Hope he also got the tip we left for him. Otherwise, thank you Bill for going over the many features of car we were looking to buy. Highly recommend Bill when purchasing a Subaru. I just purchased my first Subaru from Ruge's Subaru in Rhinebeck. It was an awesome experience. No games, just straightforward representation of the product. Steven Dinelli was my salesman and a pleasure to work with. After visiting some other dealerships in the area, I found the whole experience with Ruge's to be a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them.
