Five stars isn't enough for the incredible team at Riley Ford! I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Explorer, and the entire experience was absolutely epic from start to finish. Jon, my sales agent, and Tracie Plunkett were both completely outstanding. They went above and beyond to tailor the entire process around my complicated work hours and unique situation. Instead of pushing or rushing me, they took the time to explain every single detail at my level so I felt completely comfortable. We shared some genuine laughs along the way, making what is usually a stressful process feel entirely effortless. They didn't just sell me a car—they truly cared and helped me secure a vehicle that I desperately needed. I am so grateful for their professionalism and kindness, and I will definitely be going back to Jon and Tracie for all of my future purchases!

The sales person was nice but I guess didn’t have enough time to explane anything on the new vehicle and since there was no owners manual from ford. I guess he was too busy to get to his next sales as they were waiting. And none of the other people offered to go over the options. Also the glove compartment was full of water.
