Bob went out of his way to meet all the conditions I had to purchase a lease in my current situation. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Bob explained things clearly and offered me a deal that I couldn't refuse. When I picked up the car on the following Monday morning, Bob showed me all the features of the 2024 Equinox and connected my cell phone for me. Hoselton has been our car dealership for quite awhile. We have decided to go from two cars to one. I did Carvana and Kelly Blue Book online to see what they would offer us. This got me in touch with Gwen Zannie. We communicated online, and I made an appointment to see if she would match my offer. Gwen was very accommodating, friendly and supportive of my wants. We ended up selling it and walked out with a big fat check in hand. I would definitely go back to GWEN ZANNIE if we decide to sell again and go new. We have never been able to sell a car outright and paid in full. This was a great experience!

I cant say anything negative about my experience with Johnson Chevy. I was first contacted by Mike Evans, the Internet guy there. He was polite and patient, trying to work around my schedule and not his. Then I was helped by Guy Gabbey, a salesman there. He was such a nice guy; i would recommend anyone to buy a car from him. He honestly seemed interested in my life and was eager to help out in any way he could, he wasn't pushy or tried to get me into a car i couldn't afford or wanted. Finally i talked to Sergio Martinez; he's the general manager. He was so responsive and really just wanted my experience to be great there. After i purchased the vehicle. Tom Johnson the owner came up and thanked me and congratulated me; not something i have ever experienced. That's why this dealership gets a perfect score from me, because they cared!

Warsaw and Perry dealerships. Didn't budge on price. gave me $300. less on my trade in than quoted. I had to wait 4 days for the truck to pass inspection and was told it was due to the service department getting the wrong part. Once I received the truck I put it on my lift and realized the underside was in rougher shape than I had thought. My only complaint was I wanted a second key that I felt the dealer should have provided especially after the fact that I had been shafted on my trade in, and I was told that I would have to buy one. I contacted the owner and the manager, and was never contacted back. Don't waste your time people, buy somewhere else!!
