Adam Collins was the absolute BEST! - jenj1382

Adam Collins was the absolute BEST!!!! Found me a truck at another dealership, so I could get what I wanted because the truck I went to look at was sold. He went above and beyond to get me into the truck I wanted. Overall a great experience dealing with Adam and the rest of the staff was friendly as well, especially Bruce! They all made you feel like family! I would definitely recommend future buyers to go to Budd Baer GMC and see Adam Collins! Top Notch! Thanks a million and I love my brand new truck!

Took my car in for service. The service was excellent and the service person was knowledgeable and polite. The service advisor was Andrew Spine.

Found the car we were interested in. - Hawk

Found the car we were interested in. The salesman had it ready to test drive as arranged. The deposit held the car over the weekend and all the arrangements and paperwork were ready Monday. Great job!

Everyone was pleasant and friendly. - halversonkight

Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The showroom was spotless. I know several people who purchased for your dealerships and they all spoke highly.

Best experience ever in buying a vehicle and I have been buying over 50 yrs.

Very poor service. - JAT

Very poor service. I do not trust the maintenance department or their advisors, especially Austin Kuhn. I had to bring my car back three times for the same issue, and the quality of the work was still poor. Even more concerning, they claimed they changed the oil when it had not been changed. After that experience, I would not even trust them with a basic oil change. The advisors were dishonest with me about what services had been completed, and I have completely lost confidence in this maintenance department. I live only 3 miles away, but I would rather drive almost 40 miles to Morgantown to have my car serviced than come back here. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for maintenance or service.

Tina in the service department was Awesome! - movieteamster58

Tina in the service department was Awesome! And is an asset to your dealership in my opinion!

MY GRANDDAUGHTER BOUGHT HER CAR FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP, IT - Mamartin

MY GRANDDAUGHTER BOUGHT HER CAR FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP, IT IS A NISSAN SENTRA, SHE HAS PAINT PEELING ON THE ROOF AND TRUNK, PLUS KNOW THE ROOF IS STARTING TO RUST, WE HAVE RESEARCHED THIS AND SEE THAT IS A PROBLEM YOU HAVE BEEN HAVING WITH THIS MODELAND YEAR OF CAR AND YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO TAKE CARE OF THIS, WE HAVE TAKEN IT TO SEVERAL COMPANIES AND WERE TOLD THAT IT IS A PROBLEM THAT STARTES FROM THE FACTORY AND IT DEFENTLEY SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF, SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP,

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - AndreaPij

I had to have my Canyon serviced and between Carmen the Service Manager, Mark the Service Advisor and the Service Foreman Bill S.had done such an excellent job at handling my issue with my Canyon. After numerous times with the check engine light coming on, (yes, they were all scratching their heads) but they worked very hard and many long hours to find the problem & fix it. Mark & Carmen both kept me notified of everything they were doing to make sure my truck was correct & safe. Bill, the Service Foreman had gone out of his way by staying way later to make sure this issue was resolved. These guys definitely need to be recognized for such EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I really appreciated all the hard work and time they put into my truck and truly look forward to seeing them again for any future services needed but hopefully it will just be an inspection and oil change next time! These guys are really GREAT! Again, I am truly satisfied & would definitely recommend them!
