We have used Maguire's since 2016 when Paul Wheeler got me out of a SHO lease and into a Focus RS! Since then, we have had a Ford Edge ST and a Lincoln Aviator Reserve AWD--which we still have. The SHO had been rear-ended by a lady texting, and Maguire's Collision Center repaired it excellently, as well as the RS after another lady backed up into it! Recently, the Collision Center removed a small dent from the hood of the Lincoln, and while they were at it, detailed the entire car, as it seems to have gotten some overspray on it somewhere. Paul has sold us all our vehicles, and I just took possession of a 2020 Shelby GT500 that Maguire's received as a vehicle to re-sell. I use their Quick Lane often, and am amazed that they can get me in on such short notice. I am retired an always wait for the car while it is being serviced, and I rarely wait as long as the service advisor tells me. I don't remember all the names of the Maguire's employees I have dealt with but Dave in Service and Tim Doss (general manager) are two that stand out, and Tim was going to really work to get the Recaro seats in the GT500 replaced (I thought they were too narrow but they did work out in the end!) so I could get that particular car. The mechanics have always done superb work, and NOW I will be there more often to have "goodies" installed onto the GT500! Overall, a superb dealer that really cares for the customers!
