I am a Salesman and I usually see car buying as a challenge. One that I am up for and kind of enjoy. However, Mike took that challenge away because he made it so EASY. I had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER with Mike Court at Zimmerman Enterprises. I went in wanting a specific car and Mike answered every question I had about it openly and honestly. He pulled no punches or tried to sell me something else. He asked me what I needed to close the deal. I told him and he went and reviewed it with management and HE, not the Manager came back with their counteroffer which 99% met my request. Well 99% is close enough, so I agreed and we were done. In less than an hour which also included a test drive! My last car buying experience took SIX HOURS !!! So even though I live 2 hours away, it was shorter with Mike.

Friends....I didn't want a car payment! My car, with over 100,00, miles was good for another few years, right? We just pulled in to take a look and browse at the Stuckey Dealership on West College Avenue. Their inventory was amazing! I was looking for a vehicle with the 3rd row seating and with plenty of room. Adam met us in the parking lot and pointed us to several options. He was pleasant and very personable, with no "we have a deal for you" talk! We looked, we walked away and a day later we were back looking for Adam Keller. We sat together and talked about our needs, we drove a few cars from the lot but didn't find the perfect fit. Adam sat down with us and found the car we liked online and had it ready for us to drive the very next day. I know you know how this story ends, we drove away from the lot in a new, used vehicle that was our perfect fit. We have been driving the car for about 8 weeks and absolutely love it! I have shared Adam's name, that's Adam Keller, with anyone who asks about our new vehicle. This young man, along with the entire staff we had encountered, was incredible to deal with. Therer was no pressure, no "in your face" car dealing, no add-ons that were unnecessary. This was the best car purchase experience we have had, and we have had many! Maya was great keep in contact with me as i was trying to do everything online and by phone. So all I had to do was drive to the dealership and pick up the used car. Now my problem is that its already going to need new tires as there isnt much life left of the ones on it. I feel like if I am spend 9,000 that it should have had new tires or atleast better tires then what was on it.

Transmission went in my vehicle. Stocker wanted to charge me excessive fees above and beyond my extended warranty. $500 fee for "handling the transmission when it got delivered", "credit card fee because warranty company was paying them by credit card", and additional fees for labor. all totaling in excess of $2300. Ultimately I had the vehicle towed back home to the chevy dealer i bought the car from. Stocker service staff were nice, but I simply could not accept all the extra billings. Had they simply honored my warranty (like my dealer) they would have got the job and made $$$ in the long run. Stocker- suggest you reconsider your policy on fees!

We went to this dealership on the advice of a friend. I expected the typical used car sales speech, but was treated to an honest, helpful sales approach. Dave advised us how to watch for hidden expenses. Since I was a fond reader of consumer reports and a seasoned buyer, this caught me as off guard....you mean a dealer that tells you all the tricks of the trade up front. Well it worked as he earned my trust. This trust was to be fulfulled later. The car was a purchase for my daughter and we did run into a snag with a repair. However, the dealership went above and beyond my expectations with the repair and I could not be more pleased. When it is time to look for another used car for the family, this dealership will be the FIRST, and likely, only stop. BTW, I do not know the owner or family outside being a customer so there is no bias to this report. This dealership IS that good!

I had an encounter with employees driving a car from this dealership. they were in a lane that was supposed to merge , they decided that they did not have to merge and proceeded to cut my car off. They then gave me the finger. I contacted the dealership and the owner did not think there was anything wrong with the way that his employees acted. In fact the owner wrote me an email and appeared to be quite condescending toward me and in fact mocked the fact that I am a Marine Corps veteran. I had nothing to gain or lose by contacting the dealership other than to let the owner know how his employees ere acting in cars that have his dealer tag on them. only thing I can say is to think twice before doing business with someone that would allow his employees to act in this manner and then mock a veteran.

Did not like the way I was treated at Davis Acura. I took a test drive at night and told Jack Grimes I would get back to him because I really liked the MDX.I also told him I would like to finance the car to establish more credit since my credit was not perfect. But not horrible. If the interest rate was going to be high we would just pay cash. I came back another day and filled out an application and talked to the finance manager (Paul) Jack was not there that day. Paul said that he could get me a rate probably under 10% if I waited until I got my discharge papers from a bankrupcy. So I came back 2 weeks later and spoke with Jack again who did not seem like he wanted to be bothered. He asked me what did I want. I told him I spoke with Paul about my credit and he said to come back in as soon as I pay off the Bankrupcy and he had a 800 number he could call to verify the pay off.Jack got my application out of the file and was talking to Paul&supposably waiting for the bank to get back to them. Jack said there was no reason for me to just sit around there to go home and he would call me asap. Well no callback that day so I called him 2 days later and Jack said we are still working on it & should have an answer in a half hour to expect a call. Very unproffessional and disrespectful. We could have paid cash. He is a lousy salesmen.

HORRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE they sold me a car saying that it needed a gas cap that was already ordered and when it came in I'd be fine, I left with that car, paid cash and when it was tested the next day it was 9 different codes, he swore he didn't know only the gas cap came up, his "main mechanic" said he hadn't even seen the car yet when we were told to go there to have it read again. 3 different shops, over 1 month later, after going through the warranty company instead of just paying for it because it was his responsibility he asked us to pay him 1000 towards it when he told us for a month he was covering anything the warranty didn't cover...I got a call it was done but more code came up and the engine has to come back out to do it and Joe the owner washed his hand magically his "I'll take care of it all" turned into "f#$k you not my problem" hes a crook that car shouldn't have even been listed on his site yet

Salesman was rude and wouldn't even run my credit because he must not of thought I was old enough to be taken seriously. He took my name and number and said he would call me if he got something for me. There was a whole lot of Jeeps that I was interested in and had the down payment and the credit for.
