My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

Purchased my car in 2022 it had tint on the windows at the time of purchase from them and they had inspected it before I bought it or so their website said. Went today for an oil change and inspection well it failed inspection due to the tint on the windows being to dark. It’s the same tint on the car at the time of purchase from them. You sold me a car you knew wouldn’t pass inspections?

As I was traveling to help my elderly parents, my dad fell and I drove from Shelby, NC while needing my Renaldo Honda to service my oil change. Dunn's Fast Lube people informed of the transmission cap and oil plug leak. Anthony and tech, Jacob, cleaned up transmission fluid discharged around the motor, replaced and capped properly. Now I can safely return to my husband and puppy in almost 4 hour drive home. Thank you, Anthony and Merry Christmas!
