5/5 Stars ⭐️ – Beyond Exceptional Service! - S.F.

5/5 Stars ⭐️ – Beyond Exceptional Service! If you want to experience a dealership that truly knows how to take care of and spoil their customers, Fields BMW Lakeland is the only place to go. I just want them to know how much I truly appreciate the outstanding service they provide. This business consistently goes above and beyond, and their team represents the absolute gold standard of care. I recently brought my vehicle in for service, and Brian and Oscar made the entire process flawless. As a parent with kids, managing daily routines without a vehicle is incredibly stressful. Brian stepped in immediately and took care of absolutely everything, making sure I had reliable transportation lined up. All I had to do was show up and pick up my loaner car—he took all the worry off my shoulders, which meant the world to me. When it came time to pick up my own vehicle, I was completely blown away. Not only did they complete the service perfectly, but they detailed the car so beautifully that it looked completely showroom-ready. A special thank you as well to the receptionist, Layla, who was so welcoming and helpful when I returned the loaner and picked up my keys 10/14/26. What sets this dealership apart is their absolute honesty. They treat you with respect and never try to take advantage of you, which is hard to find and means everything to me. Brian goes above and beyond to give the absolute best customer care possible. Because of this experience, I am definitely going to be purchasing my next vehicle from Fields BMW Lakeland—especially if Brian is still there! Thank you all so much for your hard work and for always making sure your customers are completely taken care of!

I just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Jake in the - dmuller127

I just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Jake in the collision center. My Buick Envision was hit/side swiped while in a parking lot at a department store on 10/14/2026 and there were black marks all along the side of the driver's door and back door. On 10/20/2026, I took it to Caliber Collision in Lakeland who gave me an estimate of over $1300 to fix my car which included replacing trim, painting both doors and way too many other things to list. As I felt this was an outrageous amount considering there didn't even seem to be a scratch on it, just black marks, I decided to take it to Lakeland Buick to see about an estimate. We went to the Collision Center, explained the situation to Jake. He came out, looked at my car and said he thought it was just residue from the tires that rubbed against the car. He walked away for a second and came back with a bottle of some liquid (not sure what it was) and a rag and just wiped away the marks that were on the doors. This took less than 2 minutes and when we asked how much we owed for the service, he said there was no charge. I cannot thank you enough Jake for taking care of my car that day and as I told Jake that day, I knew there was a reason I bought a Buick. Thank you, Lakeland Buick, and thank you Jake.

It took the advisor 15 minutes to log in their scheduling - gtcalhoun

It took the advisor 15 minutes to log in their scheduling system as I was their first customer of the day. Must need more service advisors. Mine always told me “ give me a few minutes “ Each time those few minutes took about 20 minutes. I was charged for a software update that was under a vehicle recall notice. I requested service B, but the advisor claims their system showed service A was required. I offered to take them to my vehicle to prove service B was required. They agreed and blamed the “system”. All in all this is not what I would expect of a luxury car dealer.

Josh Capitano did a really great job helping me buyout my lease. He spent a lot of time working it out so that I could stay within my budget and I’m very thankful to him and what he was able to do for me.

Misleading sales tactics and zero accountability. - Lisa Gee

Misleading sales tactics and zero accountability. I bought a vehicle here after the salesperson assured us the Super Cruise feature just needed a "login" to work. This was entirely false—the roads weren't mapped so doesn't work in my area. This was the feature which made my decision to pick this vehicle. When I brought this misrepresentation to Manager Christian West, he dismissed it because "the deal was done." A signed contract shouldn't excuse dishonesty. GM ignored my email as well. Highly unsatisfied. Avoid this dealership!!!

I went into to place and it turned out to be a pretty bad - philj735

I went into to place and it turned out to be a pretty bad choice. they ran my credit so much to get a better rate by doing so my credit rating went for very good to just good no no better rate that i was quoted they were all hard inquries that will cost you. second they put on gap insurance and extented warranty and financed them with my loan so a car that started at 15,000, went to 30,000,00 i noticed that cause they were in a rush and i signed the paper but i cancel in a week it been 7 months still fighting them to get my money back they got the money back from the entended warranty and the gap insurance. i now have the attorney generals office involved to get my money back. so be aware this dealer ship is a joke they should be out of business so be carefully. they are using my money that i am still paying interest on for free. since i owned it new windshield new wiper motor, new wiper they were mismatch. the recal was never done. no car fax was ever given . they are totally dishonest dealership. you been warned. have a lawyer on stand by or even better yet bring the lawyer with you.

BUYER BEWARE. - DylanChristner

BUYER BEWARE. SELLING BRANDED TITLED VEHICLES. I will never deal with this dealership or Russel Larkey, or Russel Hernandez ever again. My wife purchased an f150 from them and three weeks after we purchased it in the title process the title was deemed “not actual mileage”. This is considered a brand on the title and devalues the vehicle significantly. We contacted Russel L and he said they have never heard of such a thing happening like this and reassured us they would look into it and get it fixed. I never received a call from them for a week so I called again. Russel L said they were still looking into it and he said he would call me the following day and he promised he would call. So after not receiving a call for another week I called again and he told me he has been so busy and forgot to call me back again but the manager Russel Hernandez was involved in it and he was going to make things right and get the title fixed. After almost two months of calling them and getting nowhere I went back down there in person and demanded to speak to the manager. When speaking to Russel Hernandez he told us he was just now notified about the situation. (Mind you this was months after I originally called, so Russel larkey lied when he told us he has someone looking into it.) Russel told us he’s not worried about the situation and he will contact carfax and he would take the vehicle back in on trade but the trade amount was 10,000 less than what we paid which was 5,000 less than what we still owed. We were NOT upside down on this loan, the only reason we were upside down was from the title brand and the fact that the dealer was lowballing us. He said he would buy it back from us too but it was still going to put us upside down on it since the value he was offering us caused me to have to pay the dealer 5,000 dollars to clear out the loan. This was cash out of my pocket for their mistake. He kept saying he would get it resolved if he bought it back from us but wasn’t considered about getting it fixed for us while it’s still in our possession. So we are in a position where we are having to pay for their mistake. He also informed us he had this issue with two other vehicles before but apparently lied about this when we first confronted them about it because I was told that this has never happened from Russel L. All they wanted to do was sell us another vehicle and lowball us on the vehicle we just bought from them. I contacted a lawyer and the lawyer said I would end up spending more in lawyer fees than what I could gain from the dealership. We tried trading the vehicle in at all the major dealers in Lakeland and they all wanted to offer us half of what the vehicle was worth because of the brand. We spent months with Carfax and the state of Florida trying to fix it and we got nowhere because it happened when the vehicle was in the hands of the dealership. Finally when they bought it back and me paying the 5,000 to get the loan paid off they were so rude in the office. Russel Hernandez would not even look at us or apologize for the mistakes. They would not give me a receipt for the wholesale purchase so I had to take pictures of it all on my phone of the paperwork. Of course I was worried because all they have done was lie to us. After selling it and waiting 6 weeks for the refund and checking in every couple weeks they never even started the refund process for the extended warranty. Russel Larkey told me several times that it was being handled and clearly he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. After the seventh week I called and spoke to the finance manager and she told me she called Russel L and he said “I am not involved in any of that” which was also a lie because he was part of the entire situation. He was the one who told my wife where to sign on the wholesale paperwork and showing they still owed us 1400 dollars for the warranty. They made a fool of us having to call and check every week thinking something was being done when

Great customer service! - acrum71

EXCELLENT!!! What a great bunch of people. Russell and Jeff were awesome to deal with...If you hate the typical salesman approach then go here. I absolutely hate car shopping; however, this was like dealing with old friends. No BS!!! They had the car I always wanted a 350z plus it was convertible. I never dreamed I'd be driving it home that night with a full tank of gas!!! Thanks, guys!!! That was 11 months ago; unfortunately, my vehicle was totaled a couple of months ago but I went right back to Bayside and got right into my next vehicle a Nissan Pathfinder! Easiest sell I've ever made. Highly recommended... Thanks, Jeff!

I purchased a 2016 Mazda6 from OKCarz and was told the - JGraham10

I purchased a 2016 Mazda6 from OKCarz and was told the higher price was due to extensive reconditioning and inspection of the vehicle. I do want to note that the salesperson I worked with was responsive and professional throughout the process. They addressed my concerns promptly. The buying process itself was straightforward, but the issues with the vehicle condition quickly became the main concern. At pickup, I immediately discovered a brake fluid leak (a serious safety issue), along with defects in the infotainment system and other condition concerns. I documented these issues in writing the next day, and the dealership acknowledged them. They also acknowledged my expectations based on the reconditioning that had been discussed and stated they would provide documentation of the work performed—but I was never provided with those records. Despite these initial issues, I proceeded with the purchase. After taking the vehicle, additional problems occurred, and an independent inspection identified multiple pre-existing issues that should have been caught during any reasonable inspection process. While the dealership has offered to cancel the contract, it is conditioned on a post-return inspection, which is concerning given that the issues were present from the beginning. Due to the seriousness of the situation, I have submitted complaints with the appropriate agencies and am currently seeking legal guidance. I also have additional photos and video documenting the condition, although I was unable to upload all of that content here. My main concern is that the condition of the vehicle did not align with how it was represented, particularly regarding inspection and reconditioning. I would encourage anyone considering a purchase to request documentation and thoroughly inspect the vehicle before completing the sale.
