Five years of awesome service and now a fantastic buying experience! Moved to Albertville five years ago and the service team at G&B have always taken wonderful care of both my 2007 Expedition (mom-mobile when my three sons – with their gear/etc – were growing up) and of me. Seth and Ricky can always be counted on to be there with a smile and honest explanations no matter the time of day – thanx guys! When it came time this week to finally move forward with a smaller vehicle for just me, everyone at the dealership made the difficult transition (seventeen years is a long time!!) a smooth and, believe it or not, exciting experience. The dealership has changed ownership several times in recent years. The current line up is HORRIBLE! The service manager in particular. He insulted my wife and lied about the work he did to my vehicle. My brand new vehicle, I'd only had for six months was requiring repairs. Based on what I've seen I would not buy or have anything serviced from these people they are incompetent and rude. Makes me regret buying a having traded a Hyundai for a Ford.
