Approximately a year ago I had called the parts dept. and was treated so well that I decided to try the service dept on my 2003 GMC Yukon. And once again--everyone did a great job. Skyler the service writer was very polite, professional and prompt. Doug Reynolds the Service mgr. even took the time to introduce himself and walk me thru their service program. Customer service is important and they really provide it.

I just bought a new work truck from this dealer. I thought I had a good deal from the online site but they actually got me a better one with 0% interest once I got to the dealership. All the numbers added up, no pressure anywhere during the process and I was surprised that I actually enjoyed the experience. From Jacob the salesman to Shane the Finance guy the staff were very down to earth and helpful, taking time to answer any and all of my questions. At this point they have a customer for life. The only negative we can say is that the finance department was not able to get us approved in a payment range that we needed, so we ended up purchasing a truck from another dealer the same day (with the same credit union that would not meet the same terms at Beaty). Roger is great !!!

this dealer ship told me a car was for sale when i called... i spent 20 minutes on the phone with them and told them i would buy the car... they took a deposit from someone else while on the phone with me.. while i was giving them my personal information.... then told me the car is sold midway through my call.... very unprofessional... i would never recommend this dealership based on how i was treated. Stay away...
