The purchase of my vehicle was fast and efficient. - hbrumley70

The purchase of my vehicle was fast and efficient. Dave and Ryan took excellent care of me. Dave was extremely knowledgeable when it came to my vehicle. His knowledge helped move things along quickly because I was crunched for time. Ryan excels at his job. I had an offer on my trade in and new financing in no time. The whole process was around an hour and a half from the moment I stepped on the lot. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I never felt pressured and always felt listened to. Dave followed up a few days later and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend this dealership.

Came in unsure of what exactly we were looking for, but - Tyler Hall

Came in unsure of what exactly we were looking for, but Keishon helped us look through every option that he thought we could be interested in and was more than happy to let us test drive multiple vehicles to help us find what we want. None of the usual pushy salesmen pitches and constant trying to sell you. He let us experience the vehicles the way we wanted until we found something we loved. Will definitely be back in the future for future vehicles!

The sales man was great to work with. - chris

The sales man was great to work with. A little surprised that I purchased a brand new new truck that was still fairly dirty I still have not gotten the windshield clean on the inside. There are stickers on the back window that don’t want to come off very easily. The bed of the truck has green moss in it. Also did not care for the pushy behavior of the finance guy trying to get me to purchase extra warranty. I would like to think If I am purchasing a brand new truck it shouldn’t need extra warranty unless you don’t have faith in the product you are selling. Again I would like to state that the salesman was the best part of the experience I hope this does not reflect poorly on him.

On an early Thursday morning drive through Kentucky, I - W McMillan

On an early Thursday morning drive through Kentucky, I had an engine warning indicator light come on, along with restricted engine performance (fail safe). I immediately located the nearest dealership, which happened to be Mann, and made the call no traveler wants to make. They asked if I needed assistance getting my truck to the dealership and promised to do their very best to diagnose the problem as soon as possible. I arrive at the dealership between 0830 and 0900 and by 1000, I knew the issue and it didn't look great for continuing my journey any time soon. The Team at Mann made miracles happen over the next 24 hours, finding the required part locally, going to pick it up and completing more than 8 eight hours of repair work all by the next morning. Not only did the team get the truck fixed and ready to go, but they assisted in hotel selection, finding alternative transportation, and even made some suggestions on where to grab dinner that night. Most of all, the team was just very nice and kind to a stressed out traveler. Just wish they were closer to my home in Indiana, as they would be my new dealership.

I sent my husband in to look at one of the vehicles I - Karenanndean71

I sent my husband in to look at one of the vehicles I seen on their site. Everyone at the dealership was super helpful and had the perfect inventory that I was looking for my price range. No hassle no pressure dealership even the manager Mike was super helpful.

Saw a really good price advertised via the web on Jeep... - Batter

Saw a really good price advertised via the web on Jeep Gladiator. I reached out and got a call back from Daniel Deatherage. I live in Tennessee and he walked me through how the deal would work being out of state. Daniel and the team at Big M were transparent and very honest with me and worked to get my business. They worked the deal different ways to see which would be the best way for me with a trade in as well. I had dealt with a couple of dealerships in the Nashville area and felt they were both just trying to take as much of my money as they could. Never felt that way with Daniel and Big M team. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had and I have bought over a dozen vehicles. I would highly recommend Daniel and the Big M team if you want to be treated properly. The best thing I can say is I will be back when time comes to buy my next vehicle.

I started my review and got disconnected. - Cheated customer

I started my review and got disconnected. Worst manager possible. Doors not honor prices promised. Jack is missing & it’s tough luck, nothing they can do. Bought car and tire was flat the next morning. Three days later and still no tire fixed Wonderful salesman who tries to help but his hands are tied. We would have walked out when my son bought the truck we traded in but our son has health problems so we let them cheat us again. Avoid this dealership. Don’t even slow down. The salesman deserves a better job. I cannot begin to explain my disgust with the manager of this dealership. Crooked, hateful and uncaring. Never been treated so badly.

Start to finish Angie made the process go so smoothly. - Rob A

Start to finish Angie made the process go so smoothly. From the first interaction to the last conversation, she was a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating. The 2024 Jeep Gladiator was exactly what was represented online! The pricing was fair enough that we came from South East Virginia to make the purchase. They made sure the Gladiator was prepped, clean, and a full tank of gas. Not an easy task as we finalized the deal at 5:30 Friday night and picked it up early Saturday morning. Angie gets an 11/10! We would not hesitate to make a long-distance purchase from them again.

We bought a new Chrysler Town and Country at what we... - gbennett12847

We bought a new Chrysler Town and Country at what we thought was a reasonable price. Our purchase agreement was that the dealership would install running boards for the van at the dealer's cost for the running boards and for no charge for installation. I became frustrated with the dealership because of several mistakes they had made with paperwork which resulted in me having to make three trips to our CU to correct. When I went to have the running boards installed, they were the wrong color. They re-ordered the running boards and I asked our salesman if the dealership would consider reducing the price of the running boards because of all the inconvenience they had caused. When I called to schedule an appointment to have them installed, our salesman, Mr. Young, informed me that they would "discount" the price for the parts and the service department would discount the service charge. I reminded him that our original agreement was that the parts would be at the dealer's cost and that their would be no installment charge. He said that his offer was the best they could do and refused to honor our original agreement.

They worked on my vehicle which I bought from there. When... - This is stupid

They worked on my vehicle which I bought from there. When I bought it, it had all kinds of problems. I was surprised they put me on the road with a vehicle n that condition. When they worked on it, it was still messed up to this day. I just drive it till it falls apart I guess cause I'm not taking it back even if I still had a warranty.
