It genuinely felt like they cared about helping me and making everything as smooth as possible. Matt Biddle was my salesman, and I highly recommend him. I hd my car in roughly 4 months ago for losing acceleration. I was promised it would never happen again and if it did it was covered under warrantee. I lost excleration and the wrench came on and then the engine warning light. I immediately contacted the service team and was assured it would be handled. A week went by t=with no effort to contact me or give any sort of update. I finally called and to say the least I raised my voice over the lack of service. Promised it back COM monday. They delivered as promised but charged me 2k saying that a radiator hose had leaked on a sensor and once the fluid evaperated off the system reset. The games that are played to avoid keeping the promise I was given by Jason. Mike was absent in the responsibility to keep the customer informed. So here I am on the road and its happening again in less than a week. Not sure that I would trust them to boil a pot of water!! Adding insult to injury they charge you 3% if you use your credit card.
