What a horrible experience!! I put a deposit down on a truck. I waited 6 days and was then told by the owner that he didn’t want to deal with a customer out of state. The entire process was very unprofessional. No one including the finance manager could do anything without the owner's approval. It felt like I was in middle school again with dad’s approval. I feel a dealership not wanting to do business out of state is very outdated. Why have a website or online presence?? I lost the ability to buy other trucks during the process too. I can’t express what a bad experience I had. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was contacted by Jimmy Jones after I opened an account on True Car. They did not have the car I was looking for in their inventory but was willing to try and find it. I went in and within 30 minutes they had located the car I was looking for. The deal was made and I had the car in 2 days. They were great to deal with and gave me the best price I had beem quoted. My Dad and I purchased a used 2005 nissan truck from Hudson Chrysler Dodge and Jeep in Madisonville ky yesterday.We went there looking for a 4x4 truck and found the perfect one for me. Don't waste your time here. They lie as much as anybody else. Had numerous email exchanges with dealership and agreed upon a price, then when I got there- 1 1/2 drive-they said "we can't do that". I loved the truck and was ready to buy right there. Then they played games and I thanked them for their time and walked out.
