I purchased an Infiniti q60 hard top convertible many years ago from this dealership. It still runs perfectly. But more importantly the service I receive at this dealership is really unequalled compared to any other dealership I have purhcased a car from before. I know that this is largely a function of exceptional service I have received from Infiniti of Akron. The Service Consultant I use is Ed Kurston. He always goes far beyond the usual 'so so' service we all have learned to accept from service departments. Ed is professional, a great listener and always goes well beyond to help me out and to service my Infiniti. If you ask for him, you will not be disappointed. I'll buy my next Infiniti from this dealership and will certainly ask Ed for guidance when that occurs. You won't be disappointed if you work with Ed at the Infiniti of Akron. Steve Rosenberg

I had a good experience buying my Mazda CX-5 at Kempthorn. I also looked at a VW Tiguan and a Volvo XC40 while there. Jay Murdock was good to work with and not high pressure. And he was understanding even when we wandered off and talked to the salesman in their Volvo area. My only real complaint was I felt he could have been just a little better at pointing out the the best features of the vehicle.

I had gotten my first vehicle at the wooster JDBYRIDER Car lot a couple of weeks ago. And the engine light come on. I Had it scheduled to go in to have it checked, thinking it was only going to be an easy fix. It ended up being a big deal. The engine was shot. I was stressing out and thinking, "what I was going to do". And JDByrder team contacted me and assured me all would be alright. I went in and picked out another vehicle and I drove it for 4 days and I was heading to work and the transmission went out of my second new vehicle. I was able to make it home and I contacted them the next day and they again said they would help me and make all work out. Well, once again I was stressing out. And again The JDByrider team and (Barry) was there to help me once again. Berry was on the phone all night searching for a vehicle with my needs. And the next morning he contacted me and found me a vehicle that was perfect for me. I found that JDBYRIDER come trought for me every time. I can't thank JDBYrider team enough for their help. Today my elderly mother took her 2020 Ford Escape in for factory service. She was treated poorly by one of two service personnel and he was very inattentive to her needs or concerns with the vehicle. After a short time period, she was advised her vehicle service was completed but found no reason for the service display wrench icon, speculating that her oil simply needed changed. This vehicle was purchased new from Waikem Ford & has less than 17,000 miles. She was charged $90 for an oil change & tire rotation. The service rep also failed to deduct a $10 service coupon she presented prior to the vehicle being serviced, promising to make it up to her "next time." After speaking with her today, I can assure the Diehl management team both in Massillon & Butler PA she nor any other member of our family will patronize any of your dealerships again for service or sales. We have long supported the Waikem family of dealerships having lived in the Massillon area for over 55 years. My wife & I personally have purchased over 12 new & used cars from Waikem over the decades but no longer. Perhaps Corinna Diehl needs more stringent oversight of the Massillon operations to ensure the total lack of concern to customers is remedied but any corrective action will be too late for us.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I Purchased a vehicle from Tom the sales manager. Im in Virginia. When the truck arrived I noticed the engine light came on so I took it to my dealer they told me it needed almost 11k in repairs. I took out the best warranty the offered. the warranty company would not cover the repairs because they said it was pre existing. I called Tom and he kept putting it off by telling me he would look into it. So I picked my truck up from the dealership then the brakes were grinding like crazy so I took it to another garage that cost me $2100 to fix. I called Tom back to tell him just to find out he was no longer there. I then spoke to Bill who refuses to call me back. I even told them I was going to ship the truck back to them. They said that would be considered a voluntary repo which would hurt my credit. Bill said if I wanted to take a loss on the truck I could trade it in. This was my first time buying a truck online and it will be my last.
