Sat 8/23 traveling from CVG to Grand Haven; front Right wheel blowout on I96 @ 75MPH. Road service changed to spare (UGH!); drove @ <50mph last 130mi to Grand Haven (lived @lake for '77 - '85). Monday 8/25 to Muskegon MI AUDI. Met ZACH. Somebody from somewhere smiled on us. What a pleasure dealing with a young man possessing traits performing customer service the way it's taught but sadly more than not rarely experienced. I speak from 50 years of small to large corporate responsibility both U.S. and dealing with European, Asiatic and African personnel in similar companies. Zach quickly procured similar tires, correctly interchanged locations and mounted, checking for potential problems (wheel bearings, rim condition), keeping us informed of progress and promptly notified completion. Our visit/vacation could now continue unhindered. I know US AUDI (Virginia) keeps track of its various locations regarding business practices, including by visits (Have had various Audi experiences, as well as Porsche and GM/Ford due to cars owned and currently possess). I shall presume both Audi Muskegon as well as Audi US know how fortunate they are to have Zach presenting the "Audi" face to/with customers. IF NOT, THEY HAD BETTER LEARN RAPIDLY, lest competitive businesses grab him for their benefit!

I couldn’t be more impressed with this dealership. Nate Webber and Katie in the finance department went above and beyond to make my Crosstrek purchase absolutely seamless and pain free. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making the experience stress-free. What really stood out was how easy Nate made everything. I wasn’t even expecting to walk in and buy a new car, but he made walking away from a lease at another competing dealership more than easy. On top of that, I got same-day, fast, and incredible service on my Wife’s Subaru, including an oil change, new tires, and a hitch install, all handled quickly and with care. We were back on the road with both cars same day! The dealership itself is one of the friendliest I’ve ever done business with. The complimentary drinks and snacks was tremendous, they had me with the Pepsi, haha, the environment is comfortable and welcoming, and I’ll definitely be taking advantage of the free oil changes, which was such a pleasant surprise. Also, loved the camping displays!!!

The dealer did not keep their promise and it cost me $384. I was promised a spare key when I purchased my vehicle. The first salesperson was fired before I could complete my transaction. I was then referred to the Used Car Sales Manager Brian Speck who has been very nice through phone and email conversations but has repeatedly misled me and failed to resolve my issue. I ended up buying a spare key under the promise that the dealer would reimburse me. It has been 4 months now and no resolution.

Full of lies. First my oil change emptied half or more of the oil on my new concrete when I returned home, then they told me the oil filter gasket was bad..funny there was no oil on the filter. Oil leak was on opposite side. An employee promised to come and clean the concrete today..the day is half over,not a word. They won't see me again.

My daughter bought a vehicle from Betten Baker about 2 months ago. She’s only made one payment on it and already has to replace the engine. I contacted them and they aren’t willing to do anything to make it right. They state they inspected it prior to selling and there was nothing wrong with it. However, the damage done to this engine was due to being run out of oil several times, which hasn’t even had time to do. They clearly saw an opportunity to take advantage of a young lady that knows nothing about vehicles and jumped on that opportunity.

i just bought a used dodge truck during their sale week. just after days of driving around ii found a few bugs. i took it back and talked with the service mg. Joe . he took care of the bugs at no cost to me. 2 weeks later the radiator started pouring out water. went back to talk with Joe. At no cost to me he replaced the radiator with a new one. thank you Newaygo Auto .

This review is for the service department as I have not bought a car at this dealership. I brought my new car to this service department. They had it 5 different times within a few months and the last time had it for 5 weeks before telling me that they don't have the time to diagnose because the technician doesn't get paid enough hours from my warranty. Told me I need to take it back to where I bought it as it might be a buy back. I took it to another local dealership's service department and they had it diagnosed and fixed in less than a week! I hate leaving bad reviews but I was pretty disappointed with their department.

I purchased a car from autopro recently. Price was kind of high, miles were really low though. I checked it over as good as I could at the site. Test drive it. At my first oil change is when I saw the extensive damage. The underbody was rusted to the point that it is an unsafe car. The shop told me to sell it as quick as possible. I have more of a conscience than Justin at Autopro. I told him that I could only sell it back to him. He would not return my calls after that conversation.I will drive it until I can't and learn from this experience. I hope that this review will help someone make the decision to not deal with this place with no conscience. Autopro gives used car salespeople a bad name
