Great service and effective communication each time I - scook3849

Great service and effective communication each time I have been there. I actually drive further to go there versus another local dealership for this reason.

Excellent customer service . - Boat

Excellent customer service . Outstanding service department. Griffin and Bob were great. Wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.

Cecil was great from the start and helped us locate a - toemas.smith

Cecil was great from the start and helped us locate a vehicle to replace our totaled car. Service was very friendly and fast as could be. The used vehicle having just showed up to the lot was cleaned out nicely and washed before handed over. Will definitely go back for our next vehicle!

I had a great buying experience at Graff CDJR in - richchasse

I had a great buying experience at Graff CDJR in Rockford. Maddie was friendly and helpful. Got a great deal on a vehicle I really liked. The whole experience was worth the time and effort. I’d buy from this dealer again!

CONSUMER SAFETY DEFECT COVER-UP AND FALSIFIED PRE-SALE - geo

CONSUMER SAFETY DEFECT COVER-UP AND FALSIFIED PRE-SALE SAFETY INSPECTIONS. I traded in my 2013 Honda Civic LX for a $7,000 credit and paid an additional $11,000 to purchase a used 2015 Infiniti Q50S from this lot, operating on good faith that their certified 'VPI Value Plus Used Car Safety Inspection' was legitimate. Less than 30 days later, the car suffered a total electrical failure mid-shift because salesperson JAY STECCO’s inventory team installed an incorrect standard lead-acid battery into a platform that requires a Group 35 AGM battery. Worse yet, a subsequent hoist inspection revealed an active, heavy hydraulic steering rack and pinion leak caked in months of black grime. Most shockingly, non-factory copper/brass wiring had been manually twisted around the rubber steering bellows boot to tightly clamp it shut and intentionally trap the leaking fluid to conceal this dangerous drivetrain failure from a buyer prior to sale. Internal dealer service records from June 26 prove their service technicians had this exact car on a hoist for subframe and brake work less than two months ago—meaning they stood inches away from this wire tampering and caked sludge—yet omitted it from the paperwork to deceptively push an unsafe vehicle off the lot. When bringing this physical proof to the showroom floor in person, Used Car Sales Manager NATE VAN RYN admitted fault for the battery by cutting a partial check for the raw part, but completely refused to cover the associated installation labor costs, the hazardous steering leak cover-up, or a tire found with two dangerous embedded metal fragments. A formal auto dealer fraud complaint has been successfully filed with the Michigan Secretary of State Bureau of Information Security and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid Jay Stecco, Nate Van Ryn, and Zeigler of Grandville's unsafe, un-inspected inventory.

This summer, I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned - mjkayla2

This summer, I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! The competitive pricing made it well worth shopping online and having the vehicle shipped directly to North Carolina. From the very beginning, the team at Brookfield was professional, responsive, and transparent. They, along with the vehicle carrier, kept me informed throughout every step of the process, which made purchasing a vehicle from out of state feel easy and stress-free. When the vehicle arrived, it was in excellent condition and exactly what we hoped for. Most importantly, **my daughter was absolutely thrilled!** I truly appreciate the exceptional service, communication, and care shown throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy vehicle-buying experience—even from out of state!

I purchased my 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys on Saturday, - gthiemeyer

I purchased my 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys on Saturday, 10/18/25. My salesperson was Cleveland Baskin. He was awesome- professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made my buying experience pleasant! What I truly appreciated was Cleveland's integrity: no pressure to buy, and if he didn't have an answer to my questions, he did what he could to get them. I would definitely recommend purchasing a new vehicle from this Fox location, and I would certainly recommend asking for Cleveland for assistance.

I returned to this dealership, and to my salesman Todd, - Jerry.brouwer

I returned to this dealership, and to my salesman Todd, because of the great experience that I had with my previous purchase. Todd was excellent to work with again and he went the extra mile. Keely also did a great job with the delivery instructions. It was most helpful. It is obvious that Todd and Keely enjoy their jobs, and their personalities make it fun to purchase a car. In addition to my new car, my daughter had mechanical problems with hers. Since she was visiting from TN we needed help. Andy, the service manager, and Tyler went out of their way to get the problem handled. In addition the mechanic who worked on the car was able to come up with a simpler and less expensive fix. Overall I find Courtesy a great place to buy or repair a car. I would recommend them highly.

No communication they don’t answer the phone. - wildfish28

No communication they don’t answer the phone. They don’t respond to their text messages and they don’t respond back if you leave a voicemail , my vehicle was there for four weeks for a recall that the only fixed half of and then told us it was ready , I picked it up drove off got about a mile down the road, and it went into lag mode! Over 5 weeks before it was fixed! At my cost when it went in for a free recall ! I dare say it’s the worst service center I’ve ever been to and if you can’t service vehicles why the heck would I buy one from you! I’ll find a good place to go even if I have to drive out of my way ! PS Just wanted to let everyone know that after getting it back again at my cost it made it less than a week and guess what’s back on , Yep you guessed it. Find someplace else ! 1 star how about -10 stars for this service center

Do not come here, go anywhere else, the service - david gietzen

Do not come here, go anywhere else, the service department is useless. The sales department only wants a sale and offers no help once you sign. Go anywhere else and you will do better. The extended warranty program they sell does not even offer Ram parts on repairs.

Sales are amazing and helpful - Just don't get any - trishh

Sales are amazing and helpful - Just don't get any extended warranties or your Jeep fixed there. The services department is rude (Kate) and seem to lack any knowledge on issues that come up with a Jeep repair. I have been waiting on new doors for a year, as my Jeep started rusting after a year. Service will not update and are hard to communicate with. Get your Jeep fixed anywhere but here!

I called the main number and spoke with Jaime about test - Jimmy S

I called the main number and spoke with Jaime about test driving an SUV I saw on their website. He invited me down and met me outside with the keys. Jaime was very helpful and got me numbers without any pressure. The team around him was very supportive and provided me with several option to get the SUV that I wanted. Unfortunately I couldn’t swing this one, but I appreciated the low pressure and quick communication. I will be back.

First off, don't trust the sales reps, they will lie to - Frederoni

First off, don't trust the sales reps, they will lie to you, but that goes for most places. I traded in a 13 subaru impreza WRX STI Limited for a 17 Toyota Tacoma. They offered really low, I haggled a bit, and the rep came back with a page saying they can buy them for $9k at auction and would sell it at $12k. I called the BS told them I got an offer at $13k, they said it needed new tires, I told them they were a year old, and finally got a little more but not what I actually wanted. Due to time constraints and an impending storm afoot, I could not sell it myself. Well, today in my browsing, I see my old Subaru posted for $21k...a lot more than the "We would only sell it for $12k". When you trade in a vehicle, do your research ahead of time, get many quotes, and don't settle on their offer, you can get thousands more else where. The truck I purchased was actually at a fair price, but they wouldn't honor the posted price in the windshield saying "that was a sale price from a couple days ago". I did get them down a little on price, but not to the sale price, but again, no time to shop around anymore, and pickings were slim for my vehicle expectations. Overall, I am mostly ashamed in myself for not holding my own and pushing for a fair trade in and making them honor the "sale" price, but they also are very miss leading. Also, catching them in a lie is VERY satisfying, so I highly recommend knowing ahead of time if your tires need to be replaced (get a measurement if you can), and get quotes at many places (CarMax usually offers the most).
