If there is a more genuine car salesman out there, I have yet to encounter them! Yigit K. was incredibly knowledgeable on all the makes and models and so patient with my indecisiveness. He was thoughtful to my particular financial and trade-in situation and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find the perfect car for me and my children. When we didn't find the exact one, he offered to search further and was not going to give up on me... He's the guy to see for a car, no doubt!

don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to give a shout-out to Zachary Buckles at Bookwalter Chevrolet. From the second I met him, I could tell he wasn’t like the typical car salesman. No pushy nonsense. No fast-talking games. Just a good, honest guy who actually cares about helping you. Zach took the time to really listen to what I wanted, not just what he wanted to sell. He was upfront about everything — pricing, options, even things I didn’t think to ask. The whole experience felt easy and comfortable. Full of lies. First my oil change emptied half or more of the oil on my new concrete when I returned home, then they told me the oil filter gasket was bad..funny there was no oil on the filter. Oil leak was on opposite side. An employee promised to come and clean the concrete today..the day is half over,not a word. They won't see me again.

If they had a negative star, I would be more than happy to give it. After my husband and his whole family purchasing from them for decades, they attempted to rip me off for over $4000.00. My husband, recently deceased, had a lease from them. I needed to return it. They offered $2000.00 on a trade in. Come to find out through Shea Chevrolet, downstate, I had $6500.00 equity in the vehicle. Well, guess where I went? And yes, I am spreading the word on Wheelers. Why would people you know treat you that way? :(

We were in Alpena from Houghton for a hockey tournament and our side blind zone alert system malfunctioned, which also affected the locks, airbags, and key fob. Worried about getting home, we brought it here and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Even though they couldn’t do the complete repair to replace the modules, they did a quick fix (unplugged the defective module) in under an hour for under $50. I can’t say enough how helpful and knowledgeable the service manager Steve Bruski was! Bruski deserves a brewski! I highly recommend getting service or buying a vehicle here.
