Sage was amazing, and so easy to work with. He helped me find a used Lincoln with specific features I was looking for. He followed through and kept in touch as soon as a Lincoln would come in, he would let me know via text with links to their site and even the Carfax reports on each car. It was so helpful and made the experience easy for me. On a very cold Saturday, we came to Rydell in Independence to look at 3 Lincoln SUVs - Sage had them lined up and running for us before we got there - so impressed with that level of thoughtfulness and customer care. We bought a Lincoln that day and I couldn't be happier - thank you to the service department for detailing the car and a quick fix on the console for us. Appreciate you so much Sage!

Bought my used car in March 2020 and it was a very pleasant experience. I have been the to service department 2 times since for maintenance and that too is great. Took 5 calls to get in touch with the salesman. Found oil leaks, broken upper engine mount and later warped brake rotors on the used car. None of these items were listed on the data sheet. Salesman, manager and service manager argued that these were not really leak or broken parts. Would not talk about reducing the price. Lousy salesmanship. Would not recommend.

A stressful experience made easy - Dolphin

My car was dying. It's 16 years old and was slowly going downhill. I ended up making the decision to lease a 2017 Ford Focus from Pioneer Ford. The guys at the dealership made the whole experience as stress free as possible. They laid everything out for me, were honest with me in regards to payments and paperwork and all the other information you need when you lease a car. I would never use another dealership. Mainly because, the car i mentioned that was dying, I originally bought it from them over 12 years ago. I'm a repeat customer for life.
