I highly recommend anyone with a Ford to call on Sioux Falls Ford For help. Service advisor Josh Oliver made it a priority to get my F350 back on the road. My truck was towed to the dealership after hours and in less than 12 hours the problem was diagnosed. My siblings and I have been dealing with this dealership since Last September (2023) regarding my dad‘s 2021 F150 pick up. It was a simple recall that with the truck was taken up there for. In order to get an appointment, at least 6 to 8 phone calls were placed and no return calls made. When we finally did reach them, they told us all the parts were there, and they could take care of the issue as we live four hours away that day. We live 4 hours away and when we arrived, they indicated that the work would be done in about a half a day. Upon returning 4 hours later the truck was still not completed and eventually took the truck back home as they could not figure out how to fix the recall. After several more phone calls and no response from anyone at the dealership, we finally were able to get the truck back in in November. Again, they were unable to perform the recall getting all sorts of excuses. We were then told they would order what was needed, and would have them in a couple of weeks. This brought us into mid December at which point we got the story of holidays and shipping issues and that the parts would not be in until after the first of the year. They did do some smaller recalls while they did have the vehicle in November when they came to us to get the vehicle as we were no longer willing to drive four hours round-trip And then have nothing done. Through the winter we continue to try to contact them to know avail and we’re finally able to reach them in mid March and schedule an appointment for April 15. When we arrive that day we were informed that we were not on the schedule. This has been a complete and total fiasco. I would never purchase anything from this dealership.

I ordered/purchased a new Maverick Lariat from Payton Ramstad. I have been buying vehicles from Einspahr Ford since before he was born. I have known the original owner (Ron) and now his son (Matt) and have received EXCELLENT and FAIR treatment from family and salespeople. It truly has a small-town friendliness environment. In addition, I have been a loyal customer for the Ford Service provided in their Service Department. Since I am a past Professor of Business at the local University, I am very discrete in appraising customer service and have found the Standard at Einspahr to be exceptional! Finally, He is an honest dealer that doesn't play games with the sticker price of the vehicle adding on dealer installed items that you are stuck with weather or not you want them. Seems to be a common practice across many auto retailers. Thank you Einspahr for another great experience!

This dealership is fantastic! 10/10 recommend. We just bought a 2022 Chevy Equinox with good mileage at an unbeatable price. We'll definitely return for future car purchases. Living out of town, we had to wait until the weekend to visit, but they were very accommodating with our schedule. We reached out on a Tuesday and drove off the lot with our new car by Saturday. Jacob responded quickly to my messages and answered all my calls. He thoroughly inspected the car before our visit and was upfront and honest about any details we should know. He walked me through the car, answering all my questions while I checked it out. The test drive was smooth and comfortable, both on the highway and in the country. The paperwork process was quick, and I didn't feel pressured into buying any expensive warranties. All in all, I think this might have been the best car buying experience I've had! Thanks Jacob!

I drive an F150 but we were transporting my daughters Subaru Forester to Oregon and were passing through when the Check Engine Light came on her car. We stopped in and the service department checked the code to determine it was something small and we could continue with our trip. THANK YOU for this peace of mind on our trip. We made it 2400 miles later. The service guys were so nice! It reminded me again why I drive a Ford. Dependability in service too!
