I had an exceptional experience. Kristen was punctual and avaliable. She did everything a great Professional should. She awnsered all my questions. My time was very limited, she always had everything ready when I got there. The test drive, the dealer tag. Everything went smooth and I never had any surprise fees or anything at the end. I also got in and out of F and I in less than an hour from the time I got there. Very good experience. The Mercedes-Benz GLC AMG came with the car fax and service records. From someone who is in the retail business and a manager myself. This is the exception when it comes to car buying. I shopped about every spot in town before I made my purchase with Kristen. Thank you 5 stars all the way.

Even I did not buy from them they were a very good group. No high pressure tactics. Answered all questions musically. They simply did not the cars available in my budget range. The vehicle was a couple thousand over my limit. It was a recently obtained suv and i know they would be able to sell it quickly at the asking price.

My husband and I finally found the service we were looking for when we found Kia in Billings. We had visited four car dealerships previously and had not felt that anyone was interested in our needs. Starting with Claw, our sales person, and the rest of the crew, we were extremely satisfied with their help and shook hands on a great transaction. Claw took the time to keep in touch without being overbearing and we found ourselves counting on him for his help. We discovered that Claw knows his stuff! My husband really enjoyed working with Chris as they jostled back and forth! We will return for future pruchases and tell our friends and family that we recommend Kia in Billings. Thank you, KIA. Rich Ryan at Bob Smith Motors is a diamond in the rough for car salesmen. I have been to almost every dealership in town and talked to countless salesmen over the years and Richard was top notch. I hate dealerships and often felt exhausted after visiting one. This visit was different. He was sincere and beyond helpful. Not pushy or judgemental on what I wanted, he was kind and considerate welcomed every question I had with patience and honesty. He stayed late to wait for me to get off work and still there was no pressure as I looked over every part and tried out every feature of the car. He was GREAT I will recommend him to anyone and everyone. There are not enough guys like Rich. He raised my expectations for every other dealership, left a lasting impression on me. He did not pressure us helped us make a good buy that fits our needs. The 2011 MKZ was in good condition but it was missing the operation Factory book that he said was in the car.
