Our experience at Gerald Ford of North Aurora was seamless from start to finish. From the moment Jonathon Woods, our sales consultant, greeted us at the door we knew we were in good hands. Jonathon is professional, respectful and easy to work with. His knowledge is extensive, he is detail oriented and he truly puts the customer first. We have worked with several sales consultants in the past, and it can be said with confidence that Jonathon is hands down one of the best. We will not hesitate to do business with him in the future. Brian Schwarz, the friendly sales manager, stopped by to introduce himself and to ask if we had any questions. We appreciated that he was there to check on the process and offer support. We also had a great experience with Josh Rodriguez, the business manager that we worked with toward the end of the purchasing process. He was able to answer our questions and respecful of our final purchasing decisions. At the end of the day we walked away with a vehicle that is exactly what we came in looking for. When I got home I checked the oil. It was way overfilled. I took it back ro the dealer and they said they put 4.2 quarts in and everything should be alright. When I just now checked it it was stille overfilled. Will pump it out myself.

Milking labor costs- Insurance Claim - Repulsed

Had new vehicle towed in for service and was quoted repairs would take 5 hours labor...total costs around $1500. Towed to another Ford dealer and it cost me $250.00. Taking advantage of insurance claim payment is unethical. You will NOT even get my business if I need touch up paint.

Where do I start?!?!?!?! I was on my way from Des Moines, Iowa to the Chicago airport with my daughter and her friend. They are taking the trip of their lifetime to Bali, Indonesia. I drive a Ford Lightening. The App was incorrect about where I could charge. I had 21 miles left on my truck when I pulled into Rochelle with nowhere to charge!!!!! I saw the Prescott Brothers Ford Dealership and pulled in. They came to our rescue!!!!!!!!!!!! They not only let me charge my vehicle there (and keep it there during our trip), but they got the 3 of us to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight. I can not thank them enough. When I am ready to purchase my next vehicle, I will be driving to Rochelle and doing this from the Prescott Brothers. I will tell this story to everyone I know. They literally saved the day!
