To assist my son before I left town I offered to resolve a low tire pressure warning on his Ford Escape. It being a Monday morning, a historical bad day to visit a dealership I was as not confident in the outcome. To my surprise and delight the write up tech took me right away and two hours s as bd a car wash later I was on my way. Kudos to the dealership and staff. Great facility, knowledgeable staff and fast service.

I did my research on many other manufacturers but kept coming back to Lincoln as my main choice. The Napleton dealership is close to my home too. Scott and Dan expedited the delivery process of my new car to accommodate my time constraints. They know their product and are really nice to work with.

I'm very happy with my purchase of a new Lincoln Nautilus Reserve from Napelton in Glenview! Pete & Marty were very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I had contacted a couple of other dealerships and was not happy with the experience. The communication was excellent as was the price they were able to give me on the exact car I was looking for. I traveled an hour from Palos Heights to this dealership and I'm glad I did. They saved me $ over what I was quoted elsewhere and I highly Recommend them!

Was looking for a used Nautilus, Alex Shaw did a great job. Worked very hard to get me in a new Nautilus, that i could not be happier with. Ever since the purchase Alex has followed up to make sure everything was perfect...it it. Nick in finance was quick and informative, again with great follow up . Could not be happier with this dealership. Everyone there, even folks not in on the deal, went out of there way to make sure i was comfortable. Fantastic experience, and i would highly recommend.

Could not test used Lincoln over 35-40 MPH. Rep was scared? Female driver..AnD petite us ' such a big car.' Not a welcoming or helping type of Dealership. It may be old but it lacked mi imal professional basics and courtesy. Bad experience. Took my top of the line maintenance contract with endless coverage..elsewhere. Never came back no matter how many times I pass it in a month.

Gave them $500 for a deposit to go look at a vehicle (should’ve been the first red flag), vehicle was not as described in the listing (ladder rack had been replaced with a broken one), had a dead battery that they blamed on it being “cold for a couple of days”, which won’t work since we happen to live somewhere it gets cold, had two busted side view mirrors that apparently aren’t a safety hazard (even though they charge $700 for a vehicle safety inspection), they refuse to respond to my texts or refund my deposit after choosing to not purchase the vehicle.

Somehow, the odometer on car we purchased was turned to 30K miles. Auto records show this car had 118K !!!!!! I think that's illegal, eh? May pursue this with the authorities. This place looks like it's out of business, but the location is the same. Be careful of checking vehicle records before you lay your money down!

I purchased 3 different new Lincolns over a 3 year period there, as well as a used Jaguar. The sales team is great, and service is (was) fantastic. John (Manager) was easy to deal with. The service department had great hoours, convenient location, and knew what they were doing. Now that they are closed, I have to deal with either Ford dealerships who have absolutely no clue how to treat a customer, or Lincoln dealers who think I should schedule my life around their convenience. Too bad Lincoln, you,lost a repeat customer.
